в моем заводе ОТК все браковало лишь б премию больше себе получить за план ! да вид создать что они хоть что то делают!
@@ДмитрийСедунов-я1б Просто у нас есть еще одно ОТК , Это ОТК на сборке. Если у них что то соберется не так или резьба заклинит, то первые по шапке от хозяина производства получит тот кто пропустил деталь, к тому же штрафанут на стоимость детали (а это металл + время на ее изготовление).. Поэтому резьбы у нас должны бить гладкие.

Why is there no coolant?
When people make machining videos, they try to use brass because you can get away with machining brass without coolant. The coolant obscures the part you’re making, which makes the video pointless if you can’t see what’s happening in the machine.

Nice Horizontal borer, I'd love to operate that. I'm on a similar but very much older type of horizontal. Great machines
i dont usually leave comments on videos but some of you guys are far too easily impressed. id be changing 90% of whats being done here. im only talking about the twin spindle as thats where im best but its too slow, the tips grades are wrong, you could be deburring more on the machine, you shouldnt need to restop out your bar if you were transferring correctly in the first place. i could go on.

This lathe does not have dual turrets. It has one turret that can work on either the main or sub spindle. That is not even close to the same as having dual turrets.

I’m glad someone else saw it too. Back-working tools are not the same as dual turrets.
No c axis for hexagon? How!
The machine has a Y axis. Cut a flat using Y axis and index the spindle, repeat.

Bruh when someone says you don't need coolant on brass I get Aids straight up try to make a fitting without coolant xD bruh you will never get a good reading bcz the material stretches alot under heat
