I definitely can see where you are coming from, and I do think that could totally work! For me though, I think those two would fit better for his dash and dash attack. I didn't do Sliding Cresent as dash attack, because if memory serves right, the other Riku moveset did that for that move and I didn't want to copy. Plus I usually tend to avoid simpler moves like that for the specials, but that's just me. At any rate it could totally work! And aerial slide for an aerial Side B is a pretty good idea for an extra recovery chance if Up B fails.

@@RoxastheKeyofDestiny That’s an interesting concept for sure. I don’t know a whole lot about Sonic lore, but I have thrown around a couple Sonic kits (like a rewrite Sonic or Shadow). Plus I’ve had Silver the Hedgehog recommended before so the chances of me doing Blaze are actually solid! I’ll add her to the list!

@@theacesorcerer My favourite Sonic character is actually Tails but I have already seen a lot of moveset concept videos of him

@@RoxastheKeyofDestiny So have I. It seems like he’s one of the biggest candidates for a second Sonic character. I’ve also seen plenty of Eggman kits, though I might still do him because it sounds fun

@@theacesorcerer A lot of people have also made concepts for Shadow. Like most people I think he should be a Sonic echo fighter but I do also think it's possible for him to be his own unique character.

@ An easy middle ground would be a Semi Clone of Sonic. Or take some elements of Sonic that could work for Shadow and apply them there. Quite honestly I have no idea how I’d approach Shadow, but I think it might be something along those lines

So I haven’t played Hi Fi Rush yet, but I plan to eventually so that could happen. And for Matt from Wii sports, I’ve absolutely considered that idea and it would be fun to do. But we’ll see how the future goes, cause I have a list of the other characters that will most likely be happening this year. I might change them around but who knows. Thanks for the suggestions!

Oh and for Shovel Knight, Henry Stickman, Silver, Crash, Zero, and Soldier, a guy by the name of Bralwfan1 actually made those kits in the past, so you should totally go check that out!

I totally see where you are coming from, and who knows! If Roxas were to get into Smash, the team could have a completely different set of alts they could give to him. Realistically, he’d probably have a Ven alt over a Riku alt, but who knows. But overall, I like what you’re thinking and time will tell if any of this comes to tuition

Dude I completely understand how that feels. Sometimes you just feel like quitting, but trust me- it’s worth it to see it through to the end! Even if it does suck (trust me that’s happened to me plenty of times before)

That is such a good idea for a down special and would totally work! Kinda makes me wish I used AoC to help make this kit but not much I can do now. As for the alts, yes that’s definitely the best way to do it, but someone already came up with that idea for their Ganondorf moveset so I decided to do something else

That’s another very easy way to do it, and the way the Smash team would probably do it. But even if they don’t change the moveset that much, using Ganondorf’s TotK design would still be awesome
