What a ton of BS. You clearly can't do it and also you don't even have a clue about whistle register physiology. You're only trying to make a difference between 2 different things according to how they sound to you and nothing else. Stop spreading misinformation. Both inhaled and exhaled phonation have the exact same mechanics and can share acoustic properties, especially in the whistle register. You're only showing people who can barely do it as an example of inhaled whistle register but in reality when a well trained singer does it, it sounds exactly the same as the exhaled one.
