Refreshing Pineapple Earl Grey Recipe
This might be an unpopular opinion, but I’ve never been the biggest fan of earl grey tea by itself. There's just something about the intense bergamot flavor that doesn’t sit quite right with me. But recently, while browsing online for new teas to try, I stumbled upon an intriguing blend called "tropical earl grey." Instantly, my imagination took flight. The idea of blending the natural sweetnes...
How To Make Jasmine Milk Tea At Home From Scratch
Sharing one of my favorites today: Jasmine Milk Tea! If you haven't tried it, it's a refreshing beverage that combines the astringent, floral notes of jasmine green tea with the creamy richness of milk. Often, it's served with yummy toppings like boba, grass jelly, etc. In this video, I'll share my go-to recipe for jasmine milk tea-a method that's reliable, used by the best boba shops, and call...
About a decade ago, I walked into a boba shop and saw something surprising on the menu: "green" Thai tea. With Thai tea normally being orange, I was really curious and decided to give it a try. When I took my first sip, I was amazed. It tasted bright and fresh, different from any other Thai tea I'd had before. It had this unique flavor profile with notes that I couldn't quite pinpoint. After ta...
Apple Pie Matcha Latte [ASMR Recipe]
Lately, I've been following this trend where people mix fruit and sugar, allow it to mingle for a few days, and watch it transform into this amazing syrup that can be used in a variety of ways. With a few apples lying around in my kitchen, I had a light bulb moment: What if I tried this same concept with apples, but add some cinnamon along with the mix to make an apple pie type syrup that would...
How to Make a Good Hojicha Latte
You can find matcha in almost every good café, but have you tried its lesser-known cousin, Hojicha? Hojicha powder is made in a similar way to matcha - both are made by stone milling Japanese green tea leaves. However, the big difference is that before milling, Hojicha goes through a slow roasting process until it becomes fragrant. This roasting brings out a whole new set of flavors. Imagine nu...
Black Sesame Praline Latte [Homemade Recipe]
One of the most vivid recollections I have is of my grandmother making black sesame dumplings, or tangyuan, during festivals and family gatherings. The process was mesmerizing - watching her skillfully mix the ground sesame with sugar and roll it into small balls, which would later be enveloped in glutinous rice dough and cooked until they became soft and chewy. The moment when we bit into thes...

My Favorite Milk Tea Recipe After 13 Years Of Making It
What temp do u heat the oven at
I ask the same thing to myself, LOL. I an just gonna do 350 and keep checking it
Regular temp mostly 350 and keep an eye on it before you burn it
Needs way more food coloring
I prefer it stronger so I use 1 cup tea to 4 cups water (or 1.5 cup tea to 6 cups water)
Quality asmr. Personally, I don't use sugar, I use a small amount of xylitol. I brew it like you did, but I have a steel tea strainer ball that allows me to steep it overnight in the fridge.
😋
😋
so many different ways to make pandan syrup! came across this via reddit- i will def try this method out!
😋
Oh my gosh, this looks amazing! As someone who can never choose between tea or coffee, this is perfect 🤭 All your videos are so nice! I love the coffee bean grinder!
nice!
How much caffeine would you like sir? YES.
Can you soak the lavender buds in milk instead of water?
I've never done that, but I'm sure it'd yield a nice lavender milk!
I’m glad I came across this video because I always wondered how to cut the pit of the apple without cutting the whole thing. Thanks 👍
Can I add half and half instead of milk
@@7saolao yes, you can use most milks, just make sure that it's creamy!
Several mistakes there
like what? dont be vague and unhelpful lol
Inspired by this video ,I made a corn Horchata. I am a BARISTA in Mexico. It is delicious 🎉. Thanks
@@antoniosecchi7105 that's awesome! how did you add the corn?
@@bobaventures check the videos in spanish..."horchata de maíz ". You will learn right away!
Hi! Wanted to ask what processor you have, I'm looking for one that can make a paste :) thanks!
Hey! The food processor I have is actually not the greatest quality. If you're looking for a quality one, I'd go with a KitchenAid or Breville 👍
Thanks bud :)
Explain how it tastes like
Vanilla, black tea, complex, childhood, home ❤
This will be interesting....
Give it a try and let me know what you think :)
Great cinematography and nice drinks!👌
Done and its 10/10, perfect for summer days. Highly recommended ;)
Wouldnt you want to add the condensed milk while the tea is still hot?
You could! I like to add it later since I typically brew the Thai tea as a concentrate that can be stored in the fridge until ready to use. Adding the condensed milk would shorten the shelf life of the concentrate.
Looks delish Have you ever tried it hot Id imagine swap the water and milk amounts
I haven't! But I do enjoy warm matcha lattes in the winter so I could definitely see this being good warm as well

Looks so simple! And tastes so good.
Delicious
😅 ive gotten in the habit of getting one almost every day, might be well over 1k at this rate. Going to start making them at home because im picky but also saving $ is a huge plus.
The ability to customize and experiment at home is also a huge perk of making it at home! I love experimenting with good quality teas and seeing what I could do with them :)
Excellent🎉
@@bobaventures💚
as a thai tea lover, i HAVE to try this
Worst case scenario: you don't like it. Best case scenario: you fall in love with it. So yeah, give it a try :)
Yum
So are they adding purple dye in the ‘taro’ at the boba shops to make it look pretty?
Most boba shops use taro powder when making taro milk tea. Typically the manufacturers that make the powder add food coloring while processing it... so yeah it's definitely added color.
That’s what I thought. I guess it’s a good selling point, as it does make it look super tasty 😋 I appreciate your response. You have some really nice recipes on your channel.
