I 3D printed a Paramotor!

Paramotor XC from Mexican border to the Canadian border with Mark Huneycutt and Chuck Edwall. It took us 9 days... 2 rest days and 7 flying days. I flew 1382mi in 39.5hr. On one flight we crossed through 4 states, and we crossed Utah in only 2 flights! Due to headwinds, Montana was the most difficult state to cross. We had no support vehicles or pre-arranged support stops, and we always launche...

I love my new F-Light, but I have some concerns about the inner reserve bag. It's closed on three sides like an envelope. It seems the reserve gets stuck inside the inner bag. I compared to the "butterfly" style inner bag from my Scout; it open perfectly every time.

Comparing the stock antenna to a Nagoya and the SignalStuff 1/4 wave antenna. Listening to VHF weather station for reference, you can see the signal strength on the radio screen. The stock antenna was pretty bad. Going through the other standard weather stations, the 1/4 wave picks up a few nice and clear that the stock antenna can't hear at all. The difference is immediately noticeable!

50mi PPG adventure from Salton Sea to Borrego Springs. The mission was to go checkout a giant serpent sculpture. We succeeded.
