The Police, in general don't know the Law. They may know parts of it but don't understand all of it, so educate yourself before answering any questions.

Very good video for a person who has never had to deal with the police and feels they have done nothing wrong or in a situation were the are scared - but the police don’t have the feelings you are expressing they just want to move on to the next case . Ask for a lawyer before you answer any questions

Unless you were caught with the smoking gun, covered in blood and recorded on CCTV, don't be persuaded by the solicitor to plead guilty for a lesser sentence.

He is absolutely spot on with his advice. Anything you might say can and WILL BE used against you at a later point. I was arrested after a false allegation was made against me. I was detained in a cold cell overnight and not interviewed until late the next day after very little sleep. Although the CPS decided not to prosecute 6 months later my entire life was turned upside down over that time. I am a guy who has lived his entire life always trying to do the right thing. None of that counts once you are in an interview room. It is absolutely naive to believe that the police are there to protect the innocent.

I had a police officer call at my door I invited him in. At the time I did not know what the reason why the officer was there as many times previously the police had asked my advice as a member of the local community. So I was quite shocked when he started to accuse me of a crime, there was no evidence and he was going by the word of another person on the phone. He did not take notes so couldn’t use our conversation as evidence. I ended up kicking him out my home , he arrived playing the big bad cop and left a little boy! The next day he came round again apologetically saying he had got things wrong. I made a complaint and the Sergeant dealing with the case apologised and asked me how I wish to move it forward ie going down the professional conduct route which meant he would lose his job probably or let him deal with it. I told him I didn’t want the officer to lose his job but give him a severe bollocking and warn him of what I could have done

Love how this is put, and we should memorize this. Having dealt with the police I learnt, very quickly where they were coming from, twisters, who try to gain your confidence so that you accidently incriminate yourself, even though you have done nothing wrong. I have learnt a great deal, over the years, on how to deal with police officers, that have sought to arrest me, and they have gone away with their tails between their legs. However, I have had to use a solicitor in one case, then had to dismiss him because he was simply not interested in doing any work. The second solicitor was genuine and we ripped the police in shreds. Good solicitors are valuable, and when you have one you have a gem

Facts. This is the reality. Never answer questions posed by these servants attempting to create the illusion they are the authority. Never forget who they work for. This is their first attempt at deception. Based on that premise alone, no good thing can come of it. This applies to law abiding citizen's just as much as anyone else. Lawyer up. They are trained in deception. They are not there for our benefit

Take the advice Don't attend any interview without a Solicitor. If you can't afford one then don't attend. That becomes your excuse for not attending. I had a false accusation made against me and was interviewed at home. When they left they tried to trap me with a quick question being honest i gave a non incriminating answer. Much to their displeasure. Gave counter claim of fact for them to investigate. Guess what happened to that party NOTHING!! No such thing as JUSTICE. Recent events in SOUTHPORT AND MANCHESTER clearly show its about Judicial vengence for their political masters.🤔

So say for example you were walking home and there's a riot taking place and you are arrested as being part of it, but you weren't. Which has been the case in some instances after the Southport murders of three innocent little girls. They take you to the police station and your own solicitor advises you to plead guilty to lessen your sentence. As was the case with all those people locked up. What do you do then, because your own solicitor is working in the interests of the police and judiciary? Not for you.
