How did they turn out?
@@memybackyard8004 delicious!
I have a tall, vertical offset smoker, could you put several spatchcocked chickens on top of each other and smoke them like that? My smoker has like six racks, each on top of each other
Sorry it took so long for me to hit u back but yes that will work
Thank you my brother, I would smoke chicken and it would look done but the skin wouldn't be done 😢it would feel and taste chewy and rubbery, so is that why to cook at a higher temperature? I always wondered what was I doing wrong
First of all, thanks for watching. I do cook it at a higher temperature for the crispy bite through skin. The main issue it sounds like you could be having is to much smoke. On beef or pork, it's not that big of a deal, but chicken it will definitely give that chewy tough skin.
@@memybackyard8004 yeah probably was the mesquite wood I was using👍🏽
Yes on searing!!!
Looks awesome! Why not once you put it in the oven pan, make a layer of the pepperoni each "layer"? I'm gonna try this as if it were my ziti dish: Meat on the buttered dish, pasta, provolone cheese spread out than covered with sour cream, more meat, pasts pepperoni, etc. than at the end cover with cheese and MORE pepperoni!
Sounds great!
Can’t wait to try this out this weekend , thank you for posting this video
4sho more to come
Going to make this tomorrow.
I think searing the meat is damn good, but I prefer putting the seasoning on it and “marinading” it overnight. I haven’t taste tested to see a difference, but it’s nothing short of amazing every time.
90% of the videos I see people only use the au jus packet and the ranch packet but no pot roast packet. I wonder why
Molokai so yummy ! Thank you for sharing g , Can’t wait to make it
Hope it turned out well
Simple, I'm sure it's delicious!
So good!
Dhaaaaang!! It's my 2nd time making it exactly your way. There's a lot of the same vids on yt but yours is good get straight to it. I think we're having this once or twice a month from now on. I swear this is sooo amazingly delicious and easy. Too easy. Thanks again!!😋😋😋
Thanks for the love
I would use a quarter of the seasoning and unsalted butter
I made this for the 1st time the other day.. It was sooooo good. I didn't use auju tho, I used brown gravy. It was still Delish!!
Yas! Thank you for posting this! My mom makes it all the time 🤤
Thanks for the recipe. Making it now as I watch again. Even though I've seen it about 5x😋😄
4sho appreciate the love
I knew this was the right place! GO RAIDERS!!
