Stands in stark contrast with decline of western civilization.
He's the Man
so fukkin bjork.its impossible
Loved how he kicked Tommy Lee Jones' ass in Black moon rising
Love Lee...but what's this got to do with the Dickies?
I was one of the punkers at the party, Long Beach! and he's right, it was epic
Good ole Lee
Don't yourself on the back to hard ... Corbin dart is still alive ...
OMG handsome ❤️🔥
Funny,he can almost be Belushi's twin.
whoa
I met Lee while working at a bar/restaurant in LA in the 80's. We talked about what Fear was doing, what a class act. Gave me his autograph (I don't think I've ever asked anyone else). When he sang "The Impossible Dream" on the TV show "Fame", knocked my socks off. What an amazing guy.
i dunno who this old dude is but he ain't no joey ramone
Lee Ving became a cool old man.
He was good in Flashdance.
Hey Lee. It's Tami. Derf's wife. Just wanted to say hi.
Or, "bonafide" singer jumps on punk bandwagon.
I don’t know what was but I liked it?
top
Wow.
This is really quite good!
He is a King. Bless. ♥
Jesus fucking christ Lee you aren't from the south. Stop it.
THE MAN THE LEGEND
He was good in The Wild Life.
Rip Lee ving
Ving is the man! And I love that painting hanging behind him. 👏👏👏
Brant kind of looks like if John Oates did desert rock in this video. lol. He is the man 🎸
He ain't Oates loiking
Looks like a goodfella.
Lee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I thought he was going to talk about the BAND the Dickies.
Seeing them at the same show though....!
Lee is a VERY talented musician in various types pf music. He is thankfully into Punk Rock and GREAT. Hell he is even more punk than me. Thanks to the divine power over humanity for the gift of Lee Ving to the best humans on earth punks into Punk Rock and Thank You Lee for your gift with Fear. I would be stoked to have a beer with you or with Fear. Bonafide singer sounds a bit odd unless you look it up.
love yer voice lee?
He's like an upscale Vinnie Stigma
whos the chick with her tits out?
nice! congratulations on your work
Bwuaaaa! I remember seeing Lee back in the 80's in many Hollywood clubs.
Looooooove Lee Ving. He's the fucking man. He's right about being the only bonafide punk rock singer. Unless you count Danzig but in those days Glenn was just yelling and not singing when he was with the misfits so...yeah Lee Ving is one of a fucking kind. 👍👍👍👍
I thought this was gonna have Lee and The Dickies! (Stan Lee and Leonard graves Phillips). Anyway Lee, there have been other good punk singers.... Glenn Danzig for one. On a modern tip, Zoli Teglas from Ignite is another,
High society: a potboiler brought me here
Amazing music 1:33, where can I get it? Dark Waves\Nick Long not found this sound. Thanks
The Team!
kudos. John, what amazing work you & your team do @ Benton Performance.
Retirement plan... Nose on concrete! I love it.👍
I always liked Lee's 'singing' in certain songs. Dave Brockie aka Oderus used to remind me of it sometimes.
i think glenn danzig, iggy ,and joey ramone can put up serious competition.
txteabagger Love them all, maybe Joey Ramone can put up serious competition afterall The Ramones did pioneer Punk Rock and Iggy definitely he invented Punk Rock.
Nice Video!
Yee haw love it !
Lee Ving's supposed extreme right views are part of a carefully crafted stage persona that was meant to be shocking. Fear was a shock band. They were trolls before the term was invented. The fact that so many people were outraged at Fear's lyrics is an example of Poe's Law.
Right. "Carefully crafted". Got it.
....Say what?
Lol. How old are you? The band did not have extreme rightwing views. That's absurd. They went after everyone. No one was free from their belittlement. True punks.
Christiantodd1 right. “I believe I’ll have another beer” masterfully trolls everybody at once.
Yeah, sorry... but I never got “extreme right-wing” out of their lyrics. Or extreme left for that matter either. FEAR’s whole approach was basically punk Don Rickles. They were pure attack-comedy. Anybody who got offended clearly had no sense of humor. It had fuck-all to do with politics.
Go John Benton Go!
