Yeah, it’s quite the contrast. I often joke with him that his videos represent what people aspire to, while mine are watched because they’re relatable-or because viewers want to feel good about their own riding. 🤣

⁠@@orangeglovesmtb I really enjoyed riding Jugs and was glad I went for multiple runs. During the first ride, I was more cautious, but by the second run, I felt much more confident.

Luckily, we went Tuesday just before the rain.

Not sure what I was thinking. I skipped much smaller jumps along the way and then picked a bigger jump to hit. Next time, I'll hit more of the jumps along the trail.

Yea, the trails in Nevada City are some of my favorite!

I don't have a GPS unit. I think what you're seeing is the display for the e-bike. This just shows speed based off the motor.

We had perfect timing; there was a small amount of rain early in the in the morning. Just enough to keep the dirt down.

It's a good trail for speed! Next time I'll work on going faster in the corners.

Rain would definitely help! I think the more I ride it, the better I would get. Like at 1:11 when I went too far to the right, if I had known what was around the corner, I could have tried to stay on the left side.

Yea, the GoPro really doesn't show how rocky and steep the Mile is. I used to make it down without stopping; my goal is to get back to that.

My understanding was that @coastsideonbikes worked on EG Bus. It sounds like you are in the know, so I'll check with you. Who should I link to?
