As a Daytona 765 owner, I am naturally drawn to other triple engine Sportbike. Super excited to see Yamaha R9 coming to fruition. While being let down somewhat, I think it's still a right move for Yamaha.

Kawasaki Ninja ZX-4RR full exhaust sound - RAW

Don't mind the bug on my lens. It's spring time. Testing my friend's ZX-4RR with full exhaust for one complete lap at the track. The owner of the bike disabled quick shifter mode for the time being, so all shifting was done with clutch.

2021 Yamaha MT-07 is missing one key component - Quick First Look

I've always been a fan of MT-07. Unfortunately, Yamaha purposely sabotaged its potential. Inverted forks are not always better than regular forks, but in this case, MT-series should be all aligned with the same style of suspension at least.

R9 and MT-09 are both 69 lb-ft torque and 117 HP.
This “hole” in the middle is for Y-AMT. Hopefully it can be plugged with an empty box....

no, it isn't. it's CP3. like cross plane.
It is 3 cylinder crossplane engine and the sound is nice especially with an aftermarket exhaust system.

An inline three cylinder engine is a cross plane by concept, and a flat plane configuration is practically impossible and extremely unfeasible (there has only ever been one flat plane 3 cyl. engine in hisotry, in the Laverda Jota motorcycle). And yes, the CP in the name stands for crossplane, but thats just a marketing thing thats trickled down from the r1's remarkable engine (in which the CP4 name actually makes sense, because you can have either a flat plane or a cross plane inline four cylinder) (More than that, the yamaha R1 is the only cross plane inline four thats still being produced today which makes the CP "emblem" special)

@goldfish8196 bro you can always buy an exhaust. That exhaust is ugly as fuck I agree. Look at the exhaust swap videos on TH-cam for the MT-09 and you will see what I'm talking about. It has the same engine. But the R9 has fairings where the MT-09 doesn't. I'm positive there will be aftermarket exhaust swap available for the R9 and I think that hole is to make it lighter. The whole frame for the R9 weighs 21.3 pounds. That's almost as much as that junky ass exhaust it comes with. So swap the exhaust for a lighter and better sounding one and your in the game. That's what I'm going to do and keep it moving. Laterz
@@patrickstevens3721 I don't want to buy an exhaust. I will wait for the updated cbr600rr to arrive in the US - Hopefully LOL. Otherwise I will go with the new V2
ahhh, 50% bigger engine and less power and less rpm than the r6. r6 will run faster lap times at any long track.
Yamaha r6 117 hp, 61.7 nm of torque. r9 117 hp and 93 nm of torque.

I feel like the r6 and r1 look better. Definitely shouldve kept the back looking the same and made the front downforce wings look a little different (or different color) to make it look more distinguished Lets goo an english video!! Keep up the good work🎉
