This Bowden System Will Hold Over 10kg! (3D Printing + Fusion 360 Download!)
Hi viewers,
I've seen the 3D Printer Bowden tube clamp many years ago. I decided to make a video about it let me know what you think. Or leave any suggestions in the comments :) I've also added a secret ingredient that makes this clamp grip like crazy.

How To remove Double Sided Tape (PattysLab Style).............
มุมมอง 69K3 ปีที่แล้ว
Hi everyone, This sounds like a stupid plan to do, but it really helps to remove double-sided tape, leaving little to no residue behind. Especially on surfaces that would otherwise get damaged by a scaper or some nasty chemicals.. The machine used: Karcher SC4 #life #lifehacks #tricks

Why NOT To Buy The BOSE NC 700 IMO (with fix if you already did)
This is ao cool
really don't understand what the machine is trying to do here, replace the pour method? Surely its easier just to pour the required amount from the bottles!!! ????
I had literally this idea 6 years ago and didn't pursue it. Thanks for making it a reality.
Amazing video... i will try to make make some of these springs, thanks. There goes a question, this springs can be used in airsoft guns projects ?? Thanks again
You saved my project, many thanks!
Thanks a lot for sharing this!
You could know the amount of ml that comes out of the machine. All the best
Every time I merge it flips one of my parts 180 degrees. Why does it do this?
I am going to try this and add it to a speedometer that I am building!
Does hair dryer work?
To dry your hair it does
For the life of me I can’t get it to work for 3 lobes. I’m not a Fusion user, so I’m already at a disadvantage.
0:46 - dried filaments are more brittle than filaments that have been exposed to moisture?
NemaXXAxleDiameter doesn't change the diameter unfortunately.
excellent video quality. Subscribed and binging in progress.
I'm not sure why anyone would even try this. The point of 3D printing is to have the ability to make customer things and to print things for cheaper than you can buy them. You can buy much more effective and durable springs and they are dirt cheap already. You can also buy them in unlimited sizes. There's zero point in attempting this...
Making 3d printed rc car with these would be quite awesome
I got the upgrade that I need :D thanks again
Amazing design thanks a lot explaining all the steps as well. I am planning to do a similar version perhaps a smaller one. What would you suggest instead of using 6 ball bearings (seams a little bit overkill) ? Is there any alternative ? You gain a follower btw, thanks again.
I hate to be that guy that asks for improvements on an already good free project... but now with a configuration table you could effectively solve the error issues by providing several variations. I think in the case of the pump their are only so many degrees of control one would need. For me really the main variables are really just the tube size and having options (between 3 -> 12 ID). But again thank you this greatly simplified the process of learning to develop my own peristaltic pump.
I understand your comments but this has really no end. He literally shares the fusion360 files and you can go back in the history and literally change everything in the design.
If you need so many different IDs, better design a roller that has adjustable arms.
Amazing! I'm currently working on a design where I want 10l/min flow and I was thinking about using 1" ID, but that seems not to be really needed with this design. I have a 390mm ID steel pipe that I was thinking about using as the pump body. But will probably build a prototype from this model first.
Hi, can Polypropylene filament also be used?
Would be a weak sprint I guess
I might give the Electrical Tape a Shot . You make me want to get a printer!
A very good idea for kitchen & toilet. Thanks❤
Good job 👍. Will use for my mechanical designs. thanks for sharing a good idea❤
Hahaa, wonderful, the trouble in this house is that no one ever changes the roll, there is always an empty roll on the holder and a used roll on the shelf, what I need is a holder that shoots the empty roll at you and then grasses you up for being the last one to use it 😂
Microwave per use Kar saktay ha laken tareka
great job, you earned my sub
would it be easier to just design one in like onshape fusion etc?
Well done. For those playing at home, the hose itself has a huge impact on the performance. To get higher flow (and tube lifetime), one can use e.g. PharMed BPT which is softer and more "springy" than silicon.
Hi, it's been about a year since I downloaded the super pump model, great job! and it was still a version with 2x3 bearings, then I downloaded a v85 with 2x8 bearings, but I had written somewhere what kind of bearings, pins and which tube to use for connecting the model, but I don't see this for this model and I'm not very friendly with Fusion :-) Thanks
How about using some small o'ring?
is that...? A LIQUID COOLING BLOCK?
Thank you man 😄
This video is really amazing and inspiring!! By any chance will you release the code for your machine?
quick , easy with iron and paper towel, thank me later
Hello, if I have to move 2000ml of liquid per minute during 10 hours everyday, what issues shall appear?
Do NOT do this, you are double printing in certain areas with some printers. Instead combine the parts with combine command or assemble command.
He's nervous, but on the surface he looks calm spaghetti
Good project, good science, interesting results! Good job sir!
can you use a metal filament?
That would be to brittle
Hi, which bearings do you User? Do you have an Amazon link for me? Thank you and best regards

PrusaSlicer doesn't seem to have Merge option any longer, both in 2.6.1 and 2.7.0. ☹
I just used it in 2.7.1, they must have brought it back 😁
press shift
SIMPLES. Well done mate cheers.
It's really cool and would be even cooler, if the screws that hold the rotor cover would be rotated against rotor (and rotor cover) by 360/NumRollers. Avoids hole for set screw crossing screwhole and the screw would not be next to the bearing thus avoiding the area with litte material holding the screw
I've given thumbs down because of the pathetic din that passes for background music
Nice work really good. I try to download it but the link doesn’t work. Great work
It's on thingiverse right, because I just downloaded the files like minute ago :)
Thank you it was a problem with my browser
Have you realized it's not 3D printed?
Then it would break
Great project. You are the only one that I have seen using the silicone stoppers. I tried searching for that stopper, but can't find ones like you have in your video. Do you have the actual name or a link to them? Thanks!
Or did you modify one to prevent the vacuum?
