Mitsubishi 6G75 Restoration - Part 1 Tim and I take apart a wrecker motor to find out it's mostly in perfect condition with even just minimal carbon build up. Dyno day footage from Jan 2021 testing some different cam and intake setups so we know what works and what doesn't. Did some fuel and timing tweaking to get the most out of the cars. All cars have 6G75 (3.8l) motors. Highest 193kw with DrJohn cams and custom intake. 183kw without custom intake.

Went for a leisurely drive in the Ralliart Magna. Love that car.

Removal of the waterpump and cleanup of the surrounding area. Doing a fairly comprehensive restoration on this engine, to be fitted in to a very unique Mitsubishi Magna wagon.

Here's the difference some rear shocks can make. The old ones actually still had something left in them and would still expand when compressed.

After a lengthy troubleshooting process on a hard to start S80 I have found a lot of forum posts from people hearing buzzing from the engine bay and clicking noises on various Volvos. Feels pretty good after some tuning. Was fairly lean and had some stalling issues before tuning the stock ECU.
