a ton of them are nothing but fetch quests with a few lore tid bits, if youre willing to read, i think it was a bit of the "writing on the wall" for bethesdas mind set going forward, especially if you look out Fallout 76 at launch, nothing but fetch quests and notes and terminal entries.

if youre talking about the relay tower, i am aware, this was made like 6 years ago and i had 0 idea what i was doing, ive come to remember that footage was bad of me showing the relay tower i went to, but i did mention its to the south of the map near the edge of the glowing see, you should have a marker to guide you there, if not a google search wouldve been quicker than watching a long form video if you were just looking for the relay tower as it does spell out on the side when i discover the local, hope this helps!

@thepenguinuprising it's the F4NV teams Service rifle mod, I don't have a console so I'm not sure if it's on there but i know alot of their stuff is! I'd try looking up service rifle

i apologize for that, this video was made a long time ago but i do remember the footage of me showing this on the pipboy was corrupted, i did say it was near the glowing sea in the south of the map, and the name of the relay station popped up when i discovered it so a quick google search should hopefully put you in the right direction.

I know a few of these fights can be rough, I'd say around that lvl 20 mark would be good, strong enough to not die but weak enough that you'll walk away with a good upgrade

Its the New Vegas Service Rifle mod made by the guys over at the F4NV team, it just gets added to the level list of potential items that enemies can have, and there's a quest along with it to hunt down some legendary version! its on the nexus, not 100% sure if its on the console mod downloader! hope that helps

This will help: open the console by pressing ~ Then type: setgs fJumpHeightMin 120 That will change your jump height. When you're done set it back to 90 (default)

I haven't played for a while . I play on Xbox one. It made me update them this was in the game. This was on 10/18/24. I didn't even know anything was different until enclave attacked me and they had different power armor. I dont thick it is a mod.

if you find the holotape in your inventor you can actually just hack it and bypass the whole cigarette paper

I think it's a mix of RNG and a bit of my level as well, obviously the higher the level, the higher quality the armor will be, I recently did this on my long time playthrough and got mk4 again, she was around level 60 when I did it
