So with you having 3 gauges on top and 2 gauges on bottom which gauges did you go off of for temp readings?
@codyhouse29 the bottom as they are at grate level. The others are for reference as to the flow of heat etc

Did you mean 300 Farenheit? also, does it really take a whole 30 minutes? I would think just a few minutes per side. Planning on doing these on my Weber Smokefire this evening.
Hi yes 300F and they really do take 20m a side at least as the are really thick patties and they are genuinely really nice 👌

How well does that 90 draft vs just copeing it into the main pit? I have a few larger 90s laying around. I like the way it looks.

@vigneshdeivaraj hi I actually spray it with anti bacterial spray after use but with that being said I need to do a deep clean just like in this video again soon. I hope this helps and thanks for watching 👀 🙏

@vigneshdeivaraj no worries at all! I have been meaning to do a video on what I do after each use, and this question has made me realise that I need to do exactly that. I also cover it in salt, then wipe over now and then to help keep it clean. You can always add fresh lemon 🍋 juice. That also helps.

@joekerrytorres3027 yes it did. I genuinely wouldn't say that it adds much flavour tbh. I would say it's more for melting onto a nice steak etc.

Ran into this problem today what really helped me out was using a water hose the stuff rinses off real quick…. Next I’m using a bunch of smoke to kill any spores … getting the internal of the grill really hot and finally I’ll wipe the grill section off with an onion hope it doesn’t come back

A bit of health advice: When dealing with mold like that, make sure you wear a face mask so that you do not inhale mold spores that might get released during your cleaning process. Be well.
where did you find the 6'' pipe at 90deg from? Ive been thinking about building on myself and im having a hard time find it. Was thinking maybe just go with a sq tube vs pipe..

Managed to get two racks, can't wait to try your method buddy. The ribs from Tesco are mush and there's never enough meat on the ones from the Chinese 😂 . All I need now is a barbecue 😂

I would remove more of that fatcap myself to be honest.
I always trim less when I do an overnight cook that I'm not keeping an eye on just in case it spikes while I'm asleep. It obviously helps protect it in case that does happen.

Hi boiled linseed oil but in all honesty it has gone rusty very quickly. I will be doing a video on the hole thing soon.

Coming to this late. Does anyone know if Farm Foods still sell these ribs? We've just been to a BBQ festival and the consensus there is you shouldn't be able to pick up the rack without it falling apart and you absolutely shouldn't be using a knife to cut the ribs. Simply pull them apart by hand.

Just stumbled on your channel and was gobsmacked to learn that Farmfoods have St Louis style ribs! I've so struggled to get decent ribs, even on-line they've been expensive and have often turned up cut in half! Went out yesterday and bought a rack which I'll save until the weekend, amazed at the quality. I liked the way you cooked them using everything I can get locally...I also use that Big K charcoal on my Weber! Brilliant, many thanks. Have like and subscribed. Dave

Tbf, they were about £7 a rack about 3 years ago from farm foods, but like everything else, they have gone up! I do get sent a lot over from friends in the USA but I do try and use local as much as possible. Let me know how you get on with them 😍
Always put the breasts DOWN. Gravity makes the juices migrate down, so if you want dry breasts (no one wants those), just keep doing what you just did.
