2004 Nissan Murano with long crank time before starting. The customer complaint was verified so I pulled codes from the pcm and came up with P0335 crank sensor circuit. This problem isn't unique to Nissan vehicles only but their crank sensor seems to have a very high failure rate. In this case, a broken wire was my issue and not the crankshaft position sensor. I’ve recently installed a set of these headlight on my 328i BMW.. instead of installing the relay after re-pinning the headlight wires, would swapping the halogen bulbs to LED solve that issue too?
You and try and see if it works. I have never done it like that.

When these are flashed, do you have a perfect file that you use to reprogramme it? or do you use the information from the module you are working on? I hope that makes sense

@@RayonsAutoDiagnostics I had this service done to my FRM but the person who did it copied information from a different vehicle causing none of the headlights to work. I had to go to a coder who corrected his mistakes.

Man I need your help @RayonsAutoDiagnostics, I have a 2011 BMW 335i with an N55 engine, which I bought recently. I primarily drive it during the day, but at night, I noticed that the headlights were dim and the high beams were not working. So, I replaced the old halogen bulbs with white LED H7 bulbs for the low beams and H1 bulbs for the high beams (the car has aftermarket headlights). Now, the low beams work as expected, but they flicker randomly for about a second while driving. The high beams, however, do not work at all. When starting the car, they flicker for 3-4 seconds and then turn off. What could be the issue, and how can I fix this?
You will need to code out the warm setting in the frm module

2 days ago I did another bmw with similar problems. This time the wiring were correct but the voltage supply to the high wasn't sufficient. Had to add a relay.

I'm doing the same. Can you verify one thing. You mention a number 2 on your harness, but does that pin actually correlate with pin 5 on the factory harness?

Hello Rayons, I followed your tutorial on TH-cam for fitting after market headlights on BMW. I bought the after market from Poland and I connected them followed your guide. The lights when I turn on Low beam and full beam same time they work fine. but after driving some distance on low beam when I want to switch to full beam I receive an error on the dashboard and they don't turn on unless again I restart the engine. Is there anything am missing. I have put a relay on one side and a fuse

I have this problem, but with the low beams (halos, turn signals, and high beams work)... I really don't want to take the bumper off again
Hope you figured out a way to get it working. I would find out if there is a signal coming from the switch to turn on the low beams. If there is a signal, then it may be in the incorrect position

Great video. It solved 90% of my issue. My high beams work now. However, do you have a solution for the flash to pass? In other words, constant high beams works, but just pulling on the high beam lever “flash to pass” does not. Do you have a solution for that?

Sorry for the late reply, first will need to check the wiring.
The plug you are probing looks like the vanos actuator. Is that what you replaced? Or is there also an intake/exhaust cam sensor in that location
