Yeah, he has brains and cunning, but while I'll agree he jumps head first in dangerous situations, showing he does possess courage...the moment he starts feeling like he's losing he gets really fearful and often desperate. I think back to his battle against Whitebeard. He waited until he was already weakened to fight (smart but cowardly) and when he got rocked he looked ready to cry on the ground and had to scream to his crew for help. He's strong, cunning, and willing to get into a scrap...but he's also a little b**ch.

@@BillionBeri yea he def has his weak state moments but even in those moments he's plotting, thinking ways to get out of a situation. With orochi, he was mostly just a fearful paranoid coward who was manipulated and had an inflated ego he didn't earn. He had like two moments maybe three, where he showed guts if I remember. but I'm pretty sure those moments were fuiled by over emotion and or desperation. Sidenote, I love how blackbeards not a too cool for school villien and he struggles and gets hurt, like Luffy. He's goofy as well. His crew is too but also slimy like their captain as well, LMAO. Whenever Oda gets there, His fight against Luffy is going to be amazing. You just know odas giddy to create that battle.

Definitely some deaths we didn't think of in the moment, but other than Yasuie, I give us a slight pass on Wano deaths. There were so many near deaths and death fake outs that I think we didn't even fully register when they became final, since we figured they'd just be back somehow.

@@BillionBeri LMAO I totally get that, there was a lot of "they DIED😳...SIKE they're actually ALIVE🤯🤣🤣🤣" I've Heard somewhere that it had to do with the Japanese play that Oda implemented in the creation of wanos story but unfortunately for me, because oda had done so many fake outs even before wano. The back to back fake outs deaths in wano left the same bad after taste like previous arks, maybe even worse because it was back to back 😑

Tasha laughed with glee when I read her this comment lol. We gave him a nickname mainly because his name became fuzzy to both of us almost immediately. We semi pieced it back together, but he's an enforcer for Mary Geoise, so a little disrespect is warranted anyway. We didn't find out about the familial ties to Shanks until afterward, so maybe we'll go half way and call him Moon Man Garling moving forward 😂

@@BillionBeri omg yess. It could be its own Degree 🤣 One Piece is definitely for History and Myth buffs the historical references is top tier. You should see the One Piece Knowledge King Championships they have I think every year. The questions are impossible from: “How many children does Big Mom have/name them” to “Chapter 157 Page 2 Panel 5 what is Luffys Dialoge” like wtf who knows this stuff!?!

It's kind of annoying that all this is written somewhere but they leave it all out of the anime (or most of it). They should spend less time panning and giving us eye closeups, and drop some lore :)

​@BillionBeri Yeah fr, same with Oda's cover stories in the manga. Toei occasionally adapts or references them, but there's important info that anime onlys may never know. For example, anime onlys may never know what Enel did when he reached the moon.

Yeah, we have zero clue other than someone else referencing "space pirates" in a previous video. We are going to have some more free time soon, and have a TH-cam playlist set aside to catch up on all the cover stories. There is so much we miss because we simply don't know.

@@BillionBeri well a lot of that information isn’t even in the film it was in the data book released with the film. The gorosei just mention the Figarland family in relation to Uta for like 1 minute. I couldn’t stand Uta either lol

Naruto is pretty great (was my first anime series), but I disagree. It has plenty of epic moments and the power scaling is done well, but the world building and non-Naruto character building are in a much lower league than One Piece in my opinion. Thanks for stopping by :)

I see her as far more selfish and unhinged than Kaido, so to me she's a wildcard who will either double down on her hatred (maybe Kaido intervenes and talks sense into her?) or she'll come around on her own. I agree though, her story is not over.

Yep! I try to edit down to the main highlights and keep the reaction to between 7-7:15 in length. Any more than that and TH-cam will typically flag it. This is the best way to stay within TH-cam's fair use without having to resort to cover-ups and such.

Oh wow, I've never considered the Ace angle before. The internet is a treacherous and often horrible place, but it sure is capable of churning out some gold too. Love it. We have seen Film Red, but we may need to rewatch because it seems to come up a lot and we didn't retain most of the finer details. Thanks for writing all that out! It was a fun read.

Hmm, just checked his IMDB credits, and while he has been a few voices on Naruto (Saiken & Yagura), he does not appear to have been Minato. That credit belongs to Toshiyuki Morikawa, who, funnily enough, also does Hatchi in OP.

No reason to necessarily limit yourself to one or the other. If the card looks stellar, BGS. If not, maybe PSA

Beckett is local, so we save a lot in Shipping/Insurance. Besides, a PSA 10 is barely more valuable than a BGS 9.5, so if it's a truly good condition card, you are imposing a value ceiling on it by going PSA imo. In the end though, it's all preference.

They are quite stingy.
