The PSP-Exclusive Call of Duty Game | COD: Roads To Victory
I'm pretty sure everybody knows about Call of Duty by now. But not a lot of people knew that a PSP version of the game existed. And it... definitely does exist.

Tony Hawk's Underground Is The Best Game In The Series
มุมมอง 48914 วันที่ผ่านมา
A lot of people talk about how good the Tony Hawk's Pro Skater games are, and while I do agree, I think this game is a lot better than any other one. That might be my nostalgia talking, but I've played through Tony Hawk's Underground so many times to know that nothing else comes close to it. But let me ramble for a bit about how I fell in love with skateboarding! Twitch: www.twitch.tv/truestrid...
The Video Game That Bruce Willis MADE | Apocalypse (PS1)

In today's generation of video games, we see a lot more celebrities involved with its development. Apocalypse for the PlayStation may be the first ever example of transforming a Hollywood actor into a video game character. But why is this game not recognized more for it? The controls for this game is similar to the button controls in cod bo1 and mw3 on ds
good video my friend
Love this! Shocked to see how few subs you have, hope you manage to grow and grow with videos like these. I’d love to see a video on one of the mentioned CoD DS games. Think that’d be an interesting one
in my youth we had a thing called a ipod touch pretty much a iphone looking thing and the cod zombies nacht der untoten was probably harder to play than this even with touch controls
I just realized how underrated this channel is, I thought it has 1mil+ subs. Keep this up man 👍👍
As someone who finally played it almost 20 years after release and yearly binging THPS 4, THAW, and more recently 1+2 remake. Thug is NOT the best. Career is all over the place and some missions are straight up wacked. Skill system is annoying/limiting. 4 or the remake easily clear for #1
I never had a PSP and didn't know there was a COD game on it! I had Brothers in Arms on NDS, so I can imagine the COD games, playing similarly, would have been much better with a touch screen than a D-Pad and Face Buttons. Great video!!! :D
There were 2 PSP games I wanted but could never find so I told myself if I ever came across them, I would get it. Those were Code Lyoko: Quest For Infinity and Call of Duty: Roads to Victory. After years, I finally stumbled across a pre-owned imported copy for $50, bought it, and played the heck out of it! It was tough due to the unwieldy controls, and I remember the final tank fight being a nightmare, but I actually finished it. Years later, when the PSVita had taken over my life, I saw Black Ops Declassified came with a pre-order bonus that was a digital version of Roads to Victory! Finally, I thought, I'll be able to play with dual analog sticks! ... well turns out the pre-order bonus just wasn't a thing in my country country so I spent $90 on one of the most hated Call of Duty's that I still played the crap out of because I loved handheld gaming and loved Call of Duty. Thank you for this walk down memory lane. *My favorite thing about this game is the glitch where if you crouch on a weapon then pick it up, instead of replacing your current held gun, it just adds it to your arsenal. Like 'Mule Kick' before it was a thing. There was even one level where I held 5 guns at once it was crazy!*
Seeing the way developers utilize the buttons on the PSP is always really interesting, for better or for worse (usually for worse) they made it happen and I think that’s neat.
Definitely the best. The series hit its peak right here. Slowly went down after thug
played the series as a kid but tottally forgot about it once skate came out. its hard to play skate these days as a PC gamer. so i grabbed THPS1+2 on steam and beat it on my steam deck. 100%d the whole game. and then emulated THUG on the deck, then after 100%ing that i grabbed THUG2, hate it. THPS4? nah...
great video man!!
Still playing this on ps2
it's beautifull... so beautifull... my life finally has a meaning! i never thought anyone else would understand this game!
Can anyone just edit the game and copy all maps of the single player to replace the 2-player maps?
If it wasn’t for Bruce Willis’ Apocalypse, we would not have the Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater franchise.
I'm willing to bet that the super ollie was just a side effect of implementing spine transfers. Turn that bug into a feature!
Muska, chillin' chillin' Edit: I loved some of the goals you have to do. Wall plants and manual a distance really does seems like some random stuff you and your crew would think up to see who could do it first.
I played 3 and 4 on the GCN
20 years later and I’m still playing this game on my original xbox! This game will always take me back to a much simpler time
This game was one of the first i ever played growing up
completely agree! loving your channel!
Awesome!
the eyes on blue bag man are horrifyingly mesmerizing 👁️👁️ awesome video!
nice
Fantastic content! I remember playing the first one as a kid and feeling underwhelmed with the challenge, but I beat it anyway. Makes me wish I tried other installments since I had the controller! But it was never as good as console rockband either playing guitar or drums while also singing. So much fun
Crazy how I just recently decided to try replaying this! I somewhat believe the delays are the main reason this game had the reception(or lack of) that it got. Like you said it was delayed even before it was handed to Neversoft then still needed a major rework before release. The game would have had to be pretty much perfect to fulfill all the marketing hype it got. For what it is I think it's pretty good and unique to have Smash TV style controls in a third person shooter(with platform elements?) and the Duke Nukem/Serious Sam style personality is enjoyable. As far as Bruce Willis games go it's mostly better than Die Hard Trilogy (With the Vengeance levels excepted) and rivals Dynamite Cop!
The intro reminds me of the 1995 PC game BioForge.
I actually loved this stupid game lol
Funny, as far as I know, the game was delayed for a year due to Bruce Willis. He was finding excuses to not show up to the studio to record the voice lines. And when he has finally showed up he barely put any effort into them. 😁
Okay that whole "extension" mechanic pisses me off... Because why the hell does it not work like that in newer titles? Limiting the inputs to only the face buttons (i.e. triangle to square rather than left and triangle) limits the amount of grinds you're able to get into. In THUG you can't switch to board/lipslide, overcrook, feeble, or any special tricks mid grind. As a skater this is infuriating as it limits the single grind combos that are possible.
1:17 Dunno why but I love the name. I've even taken to calling double Ollies (in finger boarding) buttslaps.
I had literally never heard of this game. Super cool video!
The most unique feature i loved about the ps1 is the camera zoom when doing combo and grabs. no wonder i had a lot of fun playing the ps1 compared the arcade
My mom just scored the ds guitar hero grip button attachment in a random box from a garage sale and I'm so happy I at least have the grip, but.... I don't have any games! Haha Are the carts easier to find? I wanna play this thing
I loved SSX3 and wasn't too impressed with On Tour... so learning this now, SSX On Tour PSP will be making its way to my Vita ASAP!
"I did not believe in perfection. Then I saw B00B135" 🗣🗣
Without guitar hero, I would not be a musician today. I remember playing the game when my brother bought it years ago, and I was highly interested. Soon as I was experienced in the series, I saw the in tour series and wanted it. I played it, and it was alright
Thanks for making such a detailed breakdown of this version, awesome video!
7:17 Sorry to go all American Psycho, but *"Why* isn't it possible?"
Subbed. I always wondered how the ds guitar heros were but never felt like buying it to find out lol. Thanks for the review great stuff.
I was always curious about these games. I always saw them in magazines but I've never seen it IRL.
5:47 that’s not fucking funny
It was fucking funny.
It was in fact pretty good. Get that twin tower out of your ass and cope with humor.
Guitar Hero 3 is my favorite!
Great video - subbed!
I remember all the finger cramping I would get from playing Guitar Her On Tour. I loved that game so much on the ds
I got this for the DS. For only 4 buttons, it was actually pretty tough at times lol. But also, I'm not very good 😂
I remember my mom hiding her DS with the copy of this game and the grip in one of the office cabinets. I don't really remember ever seeing her play it, but I liked the buttons on the grip even if I wasn't playing the actual ds game.
Props on The Legendary Theme from Guitaroo Man in the end of the video. Under appreciated game and a stellar song!
Guitar hero on tour has a bit of lost media , I used to be obsessed with watching the mini documentary about how the game was made . It was available in the wii video channel way back when . It was also on TH-cam but it’s unlisted now . If anyone can find it , that would be a blast from the past . Great video about one of the producers of the game going down the history of why they made it and how they made it and the dozens of prototypes they mentioned before finally making the guitar grip . I watched that video no joke about 100 times . I spent that summer doing yard work when I went on vacation to Florida . My uncle Henry who passed away three years after took me to go get the game at GameStop . How proud I was to buy that game with my hard earned money over th summer . And it gave me a long lasting memory of my uncle Henry . Thanks for the video my guy . You earned a sub
I cant believe someone else remembers. I dont understand why its gone but it was so coool
@@bleedingcuppajoe I remember how the guy looked and how proud and enthusiastic he was to talk about the game and around the end of the video he talked how him and his team were going paddle boating and he wanted to see how water proof the game and the peripheral are going to be . God , I was obsessed with guitar hero on tour all summer until I finally bought it in august .
