My fiance bought me a unit in late October for Christmas. When it got warm a week or so ago, I unboxed it but it doesn't work and won't charge. It was just after the 180 day warranty, and a spokeswoman for Torras said the battery shuts off after a period of time and either needs to be reset, or replaced. Does anyone know of a place that replaces batteries for a fee? I'd hate to let the unit go to waste as she paid over $150 for it and it's literally unused.
