@@UncleJay69 it can work, Gains 10 Energy when you deal a Critical Strike with a Skill Triggers all Socketed Spells and loses all Energy on reaching maximum Energy. Maximum energy = base spell cast time / 0.1 * 10, so 8 crits for most of the skills to trigger (for every spell u put in). but there also can be restriction 10 erengy per skill use so IDK if that will work 100%

@Last_Feanoring yeah from all that I see all triggers require multiple instances of skill spam to trigger once, i.e on ignite basically need 5 ignite instances to proc 20/100 energy. I think trigger skills should be duration base to maximize the dmg. For example we spam some lightning arrow shit, which trigger orb of storm that zaps everything. Its also a very good skill for archmage as well as we can choose to have only 1 single skill with archmage support

hmm, by that token, can you improve trigger spells with supports that lower cast speed? Like faster casting

@orinocointf2 that wont be the problem most likely. From the new energy build up mechanic, the "trigger speed" is how fast can you get energy up, so better use faster cast/attack on the self cast skill, not the trigger

@InkDevil999 for now the only hope is all on srs. Since its a minion, not a triggered skill itself. If the srs can be summoned with a triggered projectile fire spell then it can loop with cast on minion death. Lets wait and see in game. Super super tiny chance

@@UncleJay69 might be able to use permanent minions with Infernal Legion and Minion instability to kill them quickly. If you can somehow kill them in 1-2 sec you can have a pretty costly (spirit wise) loop with cast on Minion death (4 second respawn or 3 with notable on passive tree) so a total of 5-6 sec loops. Not particularly fast but...

Its in the text "has 10 maximum energy based on 0.13 second cast time per socketed spell" so a cast time of 1.3 will need 100 energy. But if you put 5 spells its going to get expensive, perhaps the support multipiers arnt a thing though like i thought

@@UncleJay69 the ability to have multiple cast on X was confirmed by Jrog, the independent energy is an assumption based on it being basically the only way it could work properly with everything we've seen so far

@@UncleJay69 180 from campaign. 100 base on a sceptre, and we've seen a high roll of +97% local on that sceptre. So potentially 200 from a sceptre? Also seen a 10-20 implicit on an ammy. Have been told there's a +30 on the tree but I haven't seen it myself. I think mana costs is a far greater issue than spirit tbh. Spells cost SO MUCH in poe2

There are certain doubt i still have with all the setup ideas I thought of, but minions seems very synergistic with what we are trying to do here. Srs as a meta and minion gem at the same time have huge potential to enable some sort of loop with minion death stuffs

@@cyruslupercal9493 and also btw, minion and trigger maybe? Afterall we do have auto weapon swap, both use sceptre for more spirit so i dont see why not :))) just matter of scaling. The infernalist have a built in minion if u want, and the gemling have well, more gems

@cyruslupercal9493 idk really, GGG got asked same question about weapon swap with minion build since it can drop minion too. I think thats not really finished, but good thing is if u swap back, the minion is back automatically too so its not too bad. Or you know, dont weapon swap :))) And bosses gives energy normally i think, i dont see problem triggering any of those meta gems on bosses, it just kinda force us to use multiple trigger instances

​@@UncleJay69I didn't plan on minion gear/weapon on gemling anyway. I planned a crossbow with shield and mace backup. minions are there to distract and fuel cast on minion death occasionaly.

@@gregorygiles6430 oh yeah i don't deny that at all :))) but I did add Ascendancy to clarify a little bit. To be fair we kinda know in the other classes there will be Templar, Duelist (or some version of it that use sword), Assassin/Shadow, Druid. The other 3 are kind of in the mist, but I do think there will be another pure str class, another strength int since we only had templar for it, maybe paladin or something. The god forbid the last one is pure dex like ranger, what if it's going to be a spiritb...east
