How much of ft.lb is it on the lower triple clamps? 😁
should you loosen the pinch bolts for both the top and lower triple and slide forks down a little bit so the top of the forks isn't sticking up so high?

When you placed the pivot bolt through the frame/Swingarm …was there a gap between the two?
Hahahaha my man!!!! We basically built the SAME EXACT bike!! Just got done with installing the BBR U-Flow filter (with an insane amount of help from you) and now about to install the 350 DNM rear shock, with ALL the help from you, lol!!! PREYING I don't have to remove this rear fender because of the retarded rivets that Kawi thought was a brilliant idea to use under the battery box!!!
why they chose to go with rivets is beyond me... SMH I jerry rigged set screws in place when i replaced my rear plastic
ayoooo mate!!! im back! here we are, a year or two later from the last time we talked when i was telling how thankful i was for your videos and how much they helped me...and take a wild guess why im back and what im doing....installing this filter lol. was going good until i read on the instructions to cut off the choke guard...wanted to see someone do it and where they cut it and thank god your channel popped up! I knew right away there wouldn't be any bullshit, talking about this, talking about that just straight to the point and showing and explaining everything! P.S. glad i watched ya cause its 12:34am here right now and I wasn't to hyped about firing up a sawzall or grinder..neighbors and wife probably wouldn't have been to stoked lol....but then again its me and it wouldn't surprise anyone, haha! So you ran a +5 inch extended brake cable? Cause all these websites say for L model use a +7 inch extended but i think yours looks super clean and I dont want a lot of slack.

Are the se mini high the same as the x50 series ?
So with the new top clamp the forks are supposed to sit above the top clamp and not flush?
The forks are sitting in the same position as the stock clamps. Pro circuit designed them if you want more adjustment you can drop the forks. If I drop the forks the front end would be too tall

No I didn’t. Bike ran good on the stock jetting

Would I just put the pipe on I didn’t change the jetting. The stock jetting was 88main and 40 pilot. In the video I was running a 100 main and 40 pilot. I have now changed to a 42 pilot. Rans a lot better

You don’t have too. It will be a little short and will rub against the front number plate and scratch it
Not sure if 182 mL is the correct amount of fork oil. BBR calls for a measurement from the top and doesn’t mention anything about mil. Liters. Mentions 4.6 inches if I remember correctly, with the fork completely stretched.
That is one way of filling up the fork tubes. Before I filmed the video I filled the forks with oil the way BBR explains it in their instructions and then I poured it into a measuring cup for I can help and make it easier for people
yoooo mate, did you drain the oil before doing any of this? i went to throw my kit on tonight and when i went to do the cam i took it slow with the bolts just incase and it started dripping, cranked them back and went straight to your page. thanks brotha
No I didn't. Only a little bit of oil comes out. If you put your bike on an incline the oil will move to the rear of the engine and that will help with oil coming out

Got the renthal 611 "playbike" bars just to have something dofferent instead of the protapers everyone has on theor 110's. Not as tall as the xr50 bend but taller than the klx bend

Thanks for this video. This helped me a bunch. Especially with mounting the kill switch and how you switched around the mounts on the electrical. I did the xr50 bars with stock triple clamps. The only thing I did different was add a longer clutch cable, the stock worked but it was a little too tight for my comfort. Thanks again

How wide do the bars feel compared to the 50 bars? We just bought the 110 bars and they feel crazy wide holding them up to the bike, contemplating cutting them down a bit.
After I recorded the video I ended up cutting the bars down a little wider then the xr50 bars as I preferred the width of them. The klx bend is too wide for a pit bike

how tall are you? i have the pro taper 110 bend bars (have never mounted them) and was going to get the xr50 bend bars. But last night i through on the Mini Worx triple clamp...should i still get the XR50 bend or mount up the 110 bend and see how it feels? Another thing, do i have to buy a new throttle tube when i throw the new bars on? Im assuming i do.
180cm/6 feet. I’d recommend going the 110 bend as the mini worx clamps will raise the bars the height you need. You can use the stock throttle tube. But I recommend replacing it as the stock grip is really hard to take off.
@@pitbikemods1623 before I threw the triple clamps on I had risers on it with the stock bars...I've yet to mount the 110 bend on it cause when I ordered them I thought I ordered the 50 bend and was thinking about sending them back. I'm 6 foot myself. My buddy has the 50 bend on his CRF, I wanna pop his off and throw them on mine so I can see if I like them or not but I think the easier way would be to throw my triple clamp on his bike so we don't have to disconnect everything

i was SO close to ordering those exact clamps! Wasn't sure how that color would look with the klx but god damn! Those are sick!!! I ended up going with the green mini worx one instead and im wondering if I made a mistake...

I found some pro tapers top clamps for about a hundred bucks less. Still waiting on them. They advertise a 1 and 3/4 inch rise. How much rise do the pro circuits give you?
