The man in blue is twisting scriptures on "Raw Truth". Acts 22:16 is talking about calling on the name of the Lord WHILE washing away your sins. It doesn't speak of AFTER or that baptism is a precondition to calling on the name of the Lord. Jeremiah 33:3 applies just as well to unbelievers.

Raw Truth: i didn't get it right in the area of the pastors's story where-in he said his phones picked at the scene of the accident was used to call people to inform them about the accident...he said also that it was when he opened his eyes after the nurse discovered he was back to life that they requested from him someone's contact to call of which he gave his wife 's contact... All these are titles. Jesus said in Matthew 28:19 to his disciples to baptist in the name of the father, son and the holy spirit because He was not yet glorified. When He went to heaven, that was when He was glorified and He send the holy spirit in Acts 2. When the holy spirit came upon the disciples, they now understood Matthew 28:19, that father, son and the holy spirit are entitled to a name, and that name is the lord Jesus Christ. salvation is not in any other but only in the name of Jesus Christ (acts 4:12) and the bible said in Colossians 3:17 that let everything be done in words or in deed only in the name of Jesus Christ, read the following scriptures below to understand better. Please, both the expastor and the interview, read 1 Corinthians 12 about the diversity of gifts given by the Holy Spirit, which also includes the gift of miracles. Answer me, who are the gifts made for? This programme seems to be designed to downplay the power of God. I perceive perception here.

You claimed that ALL were healed every time in the Bible. This statement is incorrect. Most times during the ministry of Christ everybody who came for healing received healing. However, when Christ went back to his hometown Nazareth as shown in Mark 6:5, he could only heal a few due to their lack of belief. This means that belief on the part of the sick is also important for receiving healing. Also in the Book of Acts, Philip went to Samaria for what you can call a healing crusade. The Bible says in Acts 8:7: … and many who were paralyzed and lame were healed. Do you see that, many not all. This is in sharp contrast with a number of healing crusades conducted during the ministry of Christ where all were healed. Examples are: Luke 6:19 And the whole multitude sought to touch Him, for power went out from Him and healed them ALL. Mt 4:24 Then His fame went throughout all Syria; and they brought to Him ALL sick people who were afflicted with various diseases and torments, and those who were demon-possessed, epileptics, and paralytics; and He healed them. Mt 8:16 When evening had come, they brought to Him many who were demon-possessed. And He cast out the spirits with a word, and healed ALL who were sick, Mt 12:15 But when Jesus knew it, He withdrew from there. And great multitudes followed Him, and He healed them ALL. Other incorrect statements are: 2: @12:09 “I was thought how to speak in tongues… I don’t speak in tongues anymore.” Nobody can teach you how to speak in tongues. You have to pray for the baptism of the Holy Spirit. This orientation is wrong. 3: “You can never be born again without entering the water of baptism.” This is not true. The thief on the cross, next to Christ, recognized Christ as the Saviour and the redeemer and he was saved. He never got baptized in water. Shalom

Pentecostalism is doomed to subdivide. Mr. Ekpeyong , as you can see, the bible has no agency (if you have a doctrinal opinion or confusion, you can't go to the bible, because there is always a verse to defend such a position). Thus you move to another "church" or found your own. If you rely on the bible ALONE, and ditch tradition and ecclesiastical authority, you will get to the denominational cesspool that is pentecostalism today. Everyone has an opinion.
