So if I understand what you asking.. you would like to have normal flight without flipping the switch, bit when you do flip the switch you would be in 3d mode. But in a more traditional 3d mode (where mid throttle is 1500 is zero throttle, 1500-2000 is positive thrust and 1500-1000 is negative thrust). To answer your question.. Is there a way to be able to make the switch work like that? First off, this would be a very clever way to have the option to fly normally and instantly switch to traditional 3d flying. Secondly, I believe you could absolutely do that setting it up in your radio... Five minutes in the future... So I tried it in my radio. In the inputs tab on your radio. Select the second line that we made on the throttle input. (The line that is activated by the switch) Edit it. Change the weight to 100% and change the offset to 0%. Keep the expo to 30% if that's your thing. That should make the 3d mode set up in a more traditional style while being able to still fly normally without the switch activated 😎 My concern would be that there would be a huge jump in throttle when the switch was activated. If you were at 0 throttle when you switched to 3d mode you would hit full throttle negative. Unless you switched to 3d mode while you were at mid throttle in normal mode. (I hope that wasn't too confusing) if you see it in your radio, you'll see. I hope this helps a bit. If not feel free to reach out! I am so sorry lmao but i Just realised that you can actually just put a switch to turn off/on the 3d in the betaflight mod section XD Tbh your solution would also totally work, thank you for that !! About the throttle 0 issue i agree that you have to be careful to not switch to 3d while being at -100 lmao, but at the same time, you can "hide" the fact that you are switching to 3d mod while going at normal cruising speed, that coud also be interesting :D Thank you for your help bro, cnnaot wait to try 3d flying !
