The kid played well... he was a rookie who Vrabel didn't like and he took KC to overtime. Was never allowed to develop and look where Vrabel is now... I hope GB gives him a chance.

Amazing athlete, he is, however more of a running back than a quarterback. He literally checks one receiver before he runs. The run is more a priority for him than the pass. His feet are rarely correct when he throws as he is invariably preparing to run. I hope it comes together for him some day, great athlete.

Its the first game. Some of y'all are in your emotions. Ridder will be fine wait til 4 to 6 games in. He's a smart qb no interceptions. In time people im rooting for the underdog.

Everyone talking about Ridder holding us back but what I saw was a terrible pass protection and some receivers who couldn’t get open whenever he had time. We gotta stop just putting ALL the blame on just the QB cause it’s easy. Y’all did this with Matt for SEASONS lol. Let the boy play and pray our O Line blocks better for him, our coach calls better plays, and our receivers can create space.

Some quarterbacks have an intangible trait that cannot be described with words. Some people just describe it by saying “they have IT.” Desmond Ridder is not one of those quarterbacks.

the first two quarters I started getting Matt Ryan chills...but Ridder calmed it a little bit and got a groove going -gotta protect him. With CP back in lineup the run game will sure as shit open up some passing better because all teams should be nervous.

Clearly there are some ups and downs. Anthony Richardson is going to need time, no question. It really going to come down to, does he have the work ethic, does the team put the right pieces/coach well. He has the talent, but now he is going to have to develop and learn.

Thanks. His week 2 looked even better. Didn't even buckle his chin strap while throwing a 25 yard touchdown pass in first play of their series. Dude has all the makings of a star QB. The Bravado and confidence just exudes off this guy!

the good: great pocket presence, doesn't hold on to the ball long, always makes quick plays, always throws away from defenders, loves to give his guys a chance in deep single coverage, will make any throw you ask him to, accurate, sturdy/hard to bring down. the bad: slow run speed, lumbering, may lack elite arm strength

Receivers and play calling were garbage here. Half the plays were blown up by a shitty offensive line too
