From 2/4, 3/4, 4/4 this music is so tuneful and always a delight to listen to. I love it.

Track 3 🔥
as you are chicken without head do something profit
stop asking questions nothing to do robot get lost
robot I decided if I continue or not. are you follow my steps? my your own business and get lost out my sigh
I dont like
Finally, somebody plays with proper speed.
Absolutely beautiful pieces. Joplin is so incredible!
I like this video….MrDon
Es genial me hace estar en un estado emocional relajadamente alegre
Scott Joplin was definitely a musical genius...
Fact: You can't be sad when listening Scott Joplin!
Of the "Big Three" Josepf Lamp , James Scott and Scott Joplin, Scott Joplin was the best, no one compares to him...
Scott Joplin never died he just became music...
weeping willow wow wow wow
I like these too an easy-going pace and wide open too spaces wonderful
You shouldn't have crossfaded the songs. The silence between the songs is part of the whole vibe of the album. Each song needs time to breathe.
I was a teenager back then and I was simply experimenting with "Audacity" free audio editing tool. I do agree that it doesn't sound refined.
There’s a reason why he’s called the father of ragtime. So many great pieces.
Google, you have absolutely and deliberately ruined TH-cam with your pathetic puerile ads that INTERRUPT beautiful musical performances. You want to force me into paying for Premium but on principle I will NEVER do that. Instead, I will stop listening and find other avenues to enjoy the music I love. And your advertisers that you’ve seduced into joining you in this disgusting campaign are equally to blame. They can all be assured that I will NEVER have anything to do with any of them.
Such a great, respectful performance. These folks playing way above tempo with gaudy scales all over bother me. This guy played the music.
nice compilation and playing. just annoying that the tracks overlap at the beginning and end.
[1:48] Book: Hey, what's that thing we're all battling for? Tennis Ball: Wait, you actually don't know? Book: No, I really wish I did! Firey: Wow! Book: What?! Firey: I always thought you were well-read! Ha, get it? Book: And I always thought you were warm! (BFDIA intro) Book: So, what are we battling for? Tennis Ball: Dream Island! Book: Dream Island? That sounds like a disease! Tennis Ball: Well, it's not. To quote the gray faceless robot, a whole square mile of paradise, blah blah blah, and the winner even gets to come in and who doesn't! Book: Hey, that sounds great! Well, if it weren't for all the blah blah blahs. Thanks for telling me TB, now I feel well-informed! Tennis Ball: You mean well-read! HYUK HYUK!
Scott siempre te amaré TU haces mi vida extraordinaria GRACIAS.

I used to have this CD and I am pretty sure one song didn't start before the last one was over.
Brawo Richard Zimmerman 👋🤝👍

La música de Scott Joplin me da fuerza espiritual y mental para afrontar él día a día de una manera más vital y alegre.Siempre gracias a este genio inolvidable.💘💖💞💜👏👏👏👏👏
What a genious he was. I am deeply moved each time I listen to Bethena...
Scott Joplin est un génie et est unique et inimitable
Pour apprendre le piano, il se rendait avec sa mère qui faisait le ménage dans de chics résidences
while i love this recording, it kills me that the endings get swallowed up in the fade-in/fade-out. Kinda ruins Pickanniny Days.
I love that you can hear the heel stamps in The Ragtime Dance
Maestro 💯❤️
when is Tarantino going to use in a film?
Scott Joplins New Rag is the most sophisticated of the lot. Other musicians must have heard that and upped their game.
I love it! This music will always remind me of "The Sting" and riding on carousels as a child and as an adult.
I love RagTime. Best music ever. Thank you.
Audio is crap for such a respected artist's CD but the playing is great!
Absolutely fantastic. My favorite music. Thank you
Thank you so much for putting this together. Often, I go to our piano and play some of these songs. I foul them up sometimes, but it gets a little more coherent over time. It is with sincere gratitude that I play, listen, and think of simpler times, when we seemed to get along a little better. I hope we can return to some semblance of unity and understanding. Thanks again. It is a joy.
This reminds me of Naruto's ost. I guess it could just be traditional music.
Muito bom! Depois de muito procurar, finalmente encontrei essas pérolas da música.
A lot of references to 20s in the comments. Joplin died in 1917. I believe his last composition ( Magnetic Rag ) was written in 1914 . This music sits majestically between classical and jazz and is utterly distinct and unique ( if its played at the right speed which thankfully it is on these lovely recordings )
He composed many more pieces after magnetic rag, all of which are now lost to time, with he exemption of a 30 second found fragment that dates to around 1916.
