The audio is bad, because this is a PROBABLY great audio tape, being played & rerecorded by placing a cheapo mic in front of a cheapo speaker. The original tape is most likely an excellent recording. WHERE IS IT?

I was in the Lone Star Beer commercial they ended up making out of Leon Russells footage. Leonard Arnold ( my man) wrote the Lone Star Beer jingle. It aired during the Superbowl. Leonard never got paid but we had all the Lone Star Beer we could drink. I was in the commercial 8 times but also never got paid. When you entered the clubs it was filming in you had to sign a release. They screwed up and had Leonard and I dancing and then cut to him on stage. So he was dancing to the music at the same he was playing. Funny. We eventually moved from Austin to LA to take the Lone Star Beer with Willie to LA. Fun days had all the albums at one time. Sat in most of the studios while they were recorded. Fun days. I know every word to every song! 😂

Written by Leonard Arnold. His band was also called Filler Brothers, I am Ofeelya Filler, Leonard Arnolds girlfriend.

I first started hearing Rusty on KAFM 92.5 and 95FM in Dallas around this time. I was a senior in high school at a time when 18 year-olds could drink. Fun times, and just listening to this almost brings a tear. Incredible.
