Here's the output from a Pet Shop Boys disk labelled "OPPOWHI2". It's an 8" Fairlight CMI floppy disk, played on my Series IIx CMI. It's from a Page R sequence, playing back all 8 channels with the audio output recorded into a computer and mixed together.
