Should have set all the bombs to go off at the EXACT same time. Hid them in lockers and crates or behind posters (Idk if you can do that). All except two. The 2nd to last one you hide in med set to go off after all the casualties from your first string of timers goes off. Then one for when you get on the shuttle, and then get off the shuttle. Set to go off just as it leaves. Maybe pick some place like the Anti matter power generators, or places where a lot of people come and go try and maximize casualties being transported to medical all at the same times. Can you C4 a nuke to get it to detonate? 😆
