Follow along while I transform this lawn into a golf course style lawn. I am not an expert by any means but willing to try anything 3 times. I usually just throw down something on the lawn and hope it works out. I do both liquid and granular fertilizers as well as anything I can get my hands on at the local hardware store. I can actually relate to this a lot. My dad makes bridges and pours concrete one time he was working in a pit and some of the equipment in there was like over 100°😂 and all they were to give him was some Gatorade

Used my Scotts Edgeguard Spreader to put down grass seed today. I noticed immediately that, although it broadcasted the seed, it definitely left a thick LINE OF SEED behind. I tied walking faster then slower. Still got lines of grass seed on the dirt. Very DISAPPOINTED in this spreader. It sucks!!!
Exactly! Sorry to hear you had to go through that. It’s such a crappy setup. They can fix it so easy too.
@@TheLawngestYard They can make 8" replacement wheels with the same "axle" that can be easily snapped into place. If they really cared about their customers they would do it, but they don't. I wasted 80 dollars on this piece of junk.

Hey man! New to the channel. Love your videos! I've been trying to fix my backyard up, and i honestly dont know where to start. I want to do it myself but need a little guidance! Need to till the yard most likely, but want my grass to come out looking fresh and green like yours!
Sorry this is late! Yeah of course. The most important things are water and mowing. Then add fertilizer. All depends where you want to get it to. If you’re going to till and re start, it’s a big process haha. Let me know if you have more specific questions too and I can hekp
@TheLawngestYard what's the process if you are going to till and restart? Probably going to do that for a big summer project next year. I just moved into a new small house and the lawn/yard really needs it
@candlewicckk I would spray the whole thing with glyphosate. Then again in 14 days. Then level/add top soil. Wait 21 days. Seed, tenacity, starter fertilizer, peat moss over the top and water like crazy
