Light bearing holsters are usually wider at the bottom making them slightly more uncomfortable to carry. If you plan on never carrying a light like myself then I would get the non light bearing version. I have a few home defense guns with light bearing holsters. But my carry guns all have non light bearing holsters. I really don’t go out at night with young kids at home.

Really? That's interesting. Personally I think the PDP has the perfect amount of grip. It also does not rub my skin raw when I am carrying it which is another plus for me.

It’s a marketing ploy … they want as much money out of you as possible.

It’s worth every penny. You can buy the OS version which is just the chassis and you can attach other holsters to it. Especially impressive is their full sized light bearing model with their floodlight 2 holster. Universal to the light. I can conceal my full sized with X300 with barely more bulk than a G48

It is but the problem is you have to take your pants off or pulled down to put the leg leash on. I’m more about the quick on quick off. I put a belt clip on it now which does the same job as the leg leash. I also don’t put very much retention on the holster so not having the leg leash isn’t an issue

@@MichiganDad Right on!! I'll see how the Skeleton holster retention is for the CCW I'm carrying is without the leg leash. Usually like to do a loooot of draws with any holster I get xD! Need to ensure I know exactly how the holster is going to behave nearly every draw 😅. If leg leash isn't needed, then the on/off process of the Enigma will be like a dream

Yea nothing wrong with that 👍 I just found I can conceal the 19 better … the Magwell helped significantly with grip

I just have standard Glock sights … I just flipped the back sight so I don’t have to look at that white u notch all the time

Thats funny bc I bought a P10s a week ago and I've been testing it out for my concealed carry. Still think i prefer the 19 but it's a good option. I might go back to the P10C at some point as well.

@@MichiganDad I had a gen 3 g19 and a mr920. But I ended up selling both know I am mostly interested in building my own clones out of aftermarket parts as it seem stock for stock the p10 series is cheaper and has a bit of an edge on performance vs the glock. But building a clone can be interesting. I actually shoot the p10s better than a stock g19. They are very reliable, I lean towards the enthusiast mindset and am interested in different guns. Many just want a self defense weapon so for many a Glock is simply the answer and it works for them. As a side not know a couple LEO that are running p10F for a couple yrs they are very happy. One is being asked to change to Glock he is not happy on that change. Have a good one sir.

legion is also 1200 so 400 more than a s&w and like 600 more than a 19 so is it relly fair to compare them since yes they are all compact 9's but the price is so big

Love the setup 👍 I tried that light … it is more comfortable concealing without it and I’m never out late at night due to having young kids

Not yet. I train with a few teachers every once in a great while. So at least I know there are a few teachers like myself.

I’ve got a gen 3 19. Tried so hard to love it by the 45 just wins the race.

@@Joe-oo3xv Because of how short the grip is, it is actually easier to conceal with the Magwell than the 45 is. The Magwell does not add much to length. It just gives a ledge for my pinky.

@@garrettlosabia3818 That is actually a T. rex arms holster with upgraded clips that T. rex sells on their website. I don’t like using the leg leash on the phlster system so I use that clip instead so the holster stays put while drawing

Came down to consistency with the draw. My dot was on with the Glock more than it was the PDP. I still have it and shoot it but in terms of carry the 19 edged it out

The optic has nothing to do with a lot of what I talked about. And yes that optic started on the macro then I switched it at some point to the cr. All my subcompacts has had that optic on it. Doesn’t change my opinion at all

@@MichiganDadthat’s fine, it’s just typically the case that, esp with guns that have a short sight radius comparing accuracy with irons Vs red dot the advantage is to the dot every time. Either gun is more than accurate enuf for its intended purpose. I EDC a, “mom says we have Spectre Comp at home” myself. That is Wilson frame with Spectre Comp slide, pretty happy with it.

@@JamesReedy honestly for me the grip angle was something I couldn’t get past as much as I tried. I’m just too used to the Glock grip angle. If you look at my intro video on my other videos that last gun is the macro with the holosun eps carry. My problem from concealment was I could never get the gun on plane bc I’ve trained glocks the last decade.

@@MichiganDadyeah if you’re accustomed to the Glock you’d have to adapt your presentation. I assume you wouldn’t much fancy the M&P or 1911/2011 offerings either then. I carry the Franken Spectre Comp and a G19 and G20SF. I may dump my 19 and 20 for my M&P 2.0 Compact Carry Comp and S&W 340PD. That said it’d feel weird not to have my G19 in the rotation. I wanted the 20SF for outdoors but meh, realized most places I’d encounter anything that really needed 10mm I’d be out of California and could carry on my Utah permit. Sadly we get 3 guns and that’s it 😐

@@JamesReedy No your right I’m more of a Glock and CZ guys. I just got my hands on a CZ P10 S optics ready so giving that a go Man that is a difficult decision narrowing it down to 3. Is that handguns only or does that include all guns?
