@@rynks_rc the shockers on this rig are real nice . I think thats why i like it . If i run it on 3/4s batteries, its coming back home ok. 6s i like that better on short softish grass! - kind regards.

The cage probably weights as much if not more than a body. Run it and see what it does as long as nobody else sees a problem with it I don’t have one. It’s all in fun

Any other 3.4 or larger, regardless of the silly manufacture claims, should be considered a “big block” or a specific displacement of .21 (.344cc) or larger needs to be considered a big block. Regardless of the manufactures nomenclature of the engine - Lastly, where does it stop? At which displacement is considered “too big” for the contest? Just having some fun conversation about it @rynks_rc. Curious what you have to say

I replaced all the bearings with a fast Eddie set. Deshielded and degreased them and used a gun oil lube on them. Those bushings would hate there very short life at those speeds

@@rynks_rc lol yes the bushings would not have help in the speed and longevity category. Looking forward to seeing what happens

@@rynks_rc lol - Do what you can to keep all the steering components as tight/least amount of slop possible. Do you have to use that body? Maybe at least prep a lower profile body to try/see the difference in road grip and top speed. - It’s always interesting to see comparisons like that

@@a2rc has to be a Tamiya body that fits the chassis. Out of what was an available box stock this is the roundest.
