I feel you on some of the HAED charting with ninja stitches. I've had success covering up stitches that stick out in a couple ways. If you need to cover up a lighter colour with something darker, you can try just stitching over it! If that doesn't work, you can CAREFULLY (lol) snip the stitch from the front, and then find the pieces in the back to either pull out or weave in. Love your projects!

I do cross stitch. But am just getting back into it after a long time away. I see all these videos where people are doing it differently than we used to. We never had all those threads hanging down. And a lot of people seem to have what appears to be large graphs drawn on their fabric. Do you, or anyone else have how to videos on this technique? I was gifted almost twenty kitted patterns some simple, some very elaborate. My stuff so far is done the way I was taught many years ago and I end each thread on back of fabric. Which I am sure you are doing as well. Even a couple of terms are different than anything we used to use.

The Halloween Quaker looks great. I think I have only finished the upper left corner. I need to get it out again. The Soda stitches are so cute. The rainbow color stitch is so pretty. Safe travels and lots of stitching!

I love the look of Fancy Floss but have noticed the same thing with colors lately. I will definitely use DMC! Would love to know what frames those are on Amazon! Have a great trip

Love your projects….especially the soda stitches patterns. The backstitches have kept me away, but i may try one now. I have several full coverage patterns and interested in trying the cxc threads. Who do you order thru and how do you let them know the threads you’ll need since there are so many of them…. Rita

Wow that's a decent amount of stitches 😮, I'd love to be able to stitch that amount. The rainbow band sampler looks beautiful 😍 sorry was it just the normal cross stitch one or was it the speciality stitches one? Soda stitch pieces are so cute! I've got a Christmas village piece to do but it's a paper pattern and like you I'm now spoiled with PK. Alternative reality is growing quickly, I've tried doing royal rows but those parked threads really annoy me

I absolutely love each and every one of your projects. I could order all of them and be so happy. I love the Mummy and everything Egyptian. I've only picked up stitching again earlier this year so I only have a small amount of projects, but am already planning more. I have been debating trying cxc floss. Does the black have better coverage than dmc? You are a fast stitched. I have no idea how you have managed to get all those stitches done. Any tips or tricks? Thank you for sharing and keeping me company.

I just showed and talked about my Vivsters flag in my video today and I wish I had watched your video first (I’m woefully behind on Flosstube)! When I bought mine, they didn’t yet have the “reversed” version of the USA flag, but I was noticing that it ended up looking different than all the new international flags she started making. That’s cool she now includes both versions - especially for people like you who are stitching more than one. 👍🏻

Love your projects 😁 i am sitting here stitching my own “you belong to me” and was very happy to see yours 😁i have three longdogs and i do them each differently because of how the designs are. But for this one i got the top motifs done. All the houses and birds and all that, so that i could use it as a base to count from and get the top row done. And after that i just work my way down motif by motif always getting the hightest stitch done, and because of the layout on this one you can more easily count to the next one when you do it that way. Saga i do the borders first and then fill in working from left to right, top-bottom. And pandemic i do in a diagonal, because my colors will be a diagonal ombre and i dont want to mess up the color changes and frog on 32ct 😳

I was thinking the little tool in the pouch is a corner turning tool, to press into the corners to get a more defined corner.

It looks like a laying tool to me when you are stitching with two threads.

Love your projects!! I wish I could see well enough to stitch on higher count fabric. As for Long Dog Samplers, I have stitched several using solid, variegated and ones that have many colors. For me, I stitch in page order. Otherwise, I get lost or forget to stitch something. in the case of stitch Hoity Toity, I stitched the left side and top border first and worked from the top left to the right. Thats what works for me. Thanks for another great video!
