How to visit ATLANTIS BAHAMAS FOR FREE | Nassau Bahamas
มุมมอง 4.8K10 หลายเดือนก่อน
In this episode of @TeaaTravels I am going to tell you how I got FREE access to the Atlantis Resort in Nassau Bahamas! I will share the money saving secret that I used to enjoy the resort's amenities, attractions, and breathtaking views without booking a room at the Atlantis or buying a day pass! I will also take you on a tour of the Comfort Suites Paradise Island and discuss the pros and cons ...
Very informative video but did you have to apply for the day pass to Atlantis every day?
I watch TOO many travel vids. I'm really interested in Bahamas and Caribbean. Your video was really excellent, interesting, well paced, and terrific production quality. Seriously, on of the best I've seen. Please make more!
طعم مره روعه
Delicious food 😋
I just subscribe I am one of the first thousand
This is true my ex and I stayed at the comfort suites next to the Atlantis hotel 4 years ago. And we had free unlimited access to Atlantis and the water park. The comfort suites are really nice for the money. I would highly recommend it for those on a budget.
conch fritters, and grouper fingers...oh yum
Superb video Really Helpful But i need your help a bit How to say Montmartre ? A waiter at a restaurant just disowned me after i pronounced it wrong??😢
Hey!! I think I know that waiter... his favorite word is "NOOO!" 😭🤣
Excellent review! Next time I suggest you try Bahamian ‘cracked’ conch. It’s tenderized conch meat battered and deep fried. Probably the most popular way to eat conch. Typically served as a snack with French fries but many people also get it as a ‘dinner’ served with peas n rice 😉, coleslaw and macaroni or fried plantains. There are so many other authentic Bahamian desserts and dishes to try! For desserts try ice creams made with native fruits - soursop in particular if you can find it. In addition to the conch chowder, some other soups to try are peas soup and dough, crab soup, and souse (broth seasoned with salt, limes and pepper) in various forms (chicken, pigs feet and my fav - sheep’s tongue) and ‘boil’ fish (same broth but with grouper fish) all served with Johnny cake. 😋
'Cracked’ conch is really good! It's actually the first meal I ate when we landed, but I was so hungry I didn't get it on camera LOL - And WOW sounds like there is so much more food for me to try! Can't wait to go back. Thanks for sharing 😊
Two corrections, the conch chowder is an original Bahamian recipe that the Greek restaurant took and used on their menu. It's Bahamian. And we say peas and rice not rice and peas. Conch is a large mollusk. The more you go the more you'll learn. Welcome to the Bahamas!
Thanks for the info!
That's not the traditional shape of guava duff...it should be round slices with swirls of the guava fruit.
Good to know - Thanks! We will look for the round one next time.
Hey saw your video I’m about to go there with my girlfriend and her family on sep. do you know if it’s still going the free access to Atlantis facilities staying in comfort ? Also the wrist band what was included : pool beaches restaurants? Would like to know. Thanks 🙏🏽
Hi! To my knowledge access to the Atlantis should be included with a reservation of at least 2 nights at the Comfort Suites, but it's always best to check with the hotel directly for the latest information. With our wristbands we had access to the pools, the water park, the beaches and all of the Atlantis restaurants, but most of the restaurants on sight required a reservation because they get packed and don't have space for walk-ins, so instead we recommend eating at a restaurant in the Marina Village. The Marina Village is an outdoor mall area right next to Atlantis and they have several food great options that accept walk-ins. - Also check out my food tour video to figure out what to eat while you are there!!
Are these places located close to ship port
Places like Senor Frogs, Bahamian Cookin and Athena Cafe are all walking distance from the cruise port! I also mention a few other locations near the cruise port in the video, but not all of the places that I visited are walking distance. Like if you want to go to the Fish Fry, you will need to take a short cab ride.
What did you do about the dust in the ac?
We intended to report the dust to hotel staff, but we totally forgot.
🌹🫶❤️🌴🌼
😊 🇫🇷 ✨
Take the elevator up the Eiffel Tower. We took the stairs to the first platform and talk about vertigo!
Oh nooo not vertigooo!! 😫 - Glad you're alright!
One of the best food review videos I've seen so far for the bahamas. I like how you show where things are on the map so that I can know what area things are in when I visit!
WOW! Thank you so much. I'm so glad you enjoyed the video and I hope you have a great trip 😊
I'm a 🇧🇸 native and I completely agree.. I thought the sky view of the map was VERY smart and thoughtful. I also loved hearing the attention to detail in your pronunciations as well. This is definitely 10/10 for me amidst other review videos I've seen. Job well done ❤❤
THANK YOUUU! I really appreciate the kind words and I loved visiting your beautiful country ❤️
Light rum is 40 and below proof heavy is 60 to 150 proof in the Bahamas we don't water down our rum real things
Yes, the Bahamas has great rum!
Please ours is called peas.n. rice not rice and peas that's Jamaican. Pls get in right.
Ok, thank you!
Thank you so much for this guide! We love Nassau. New sub here.
Thanks for subscribing!! Happy you're here 🎉
Thank you for a beautiful review of my country.
You have such a beautiful country! I can't wait to go back ❤️
Peas and rice
Ok, now I know - thank you!!
My hometown going back after 20 years so I am having everything lol thank for refreshing my memory from the best spots to dine
My pleasure! Your hometown is very beautiful - I hope you have a great trip! 😊
Hiiii it's peas and rice that's what we call it here in the Bahamas ❤
Ok, now I know for next time - Thanks for the tip!
Your very welcome ❤️
Super helpful video. I’m hoping to do a cruise , so I will not be able to visit all of the places shown but everything looks amazing! Thanks for sharing
So glad you enjoyed the video! What restaurant or food are you the most excited to try? 🤩
Thank you for the tour I'm going next week
@nicolesanders8002 Have fun! And I'd love to hear what your favorite food was 😋
@@TeaaTravels Okay 😂
Can’t wait to get some more guava duff 😩😋
@NH88836 YES, it's sooo good! 😩
This is such a helpful video, thank you so much! Does the wristband have timed access to Atlantis, like you can only stay 9am-5pm?
@Kasia123186 There is no timed access with the wristbands - you can stay as long as you'd like! But some of the amenities like the waterpark do have set hours of operation, however when it got dark we hung out in the lobby of the Coral tower and listened to guests sing Karaoke while enjoying some ice cream from the lobby cafe 😋
I'm looking forward to the jerk chicken and macaroni and cheese 🧀 Great video. Lots of wonderful information.
@TheGratefulNess856 Thank you! - I really enjoyed the jerk chicken and mac, I hope you enjoy it too! 😊
I’m driving here not cruising on a boat
Nice! With a car it might be easier to visit multiple restaurants. Do you know where you want to eat?
Thanks,I’m heading to Nassau in about 2 weeks, your video was just what I was looking for, keep up the good work!
Thanks for the kind words! I hope you have THE BEST time ☺

If I book the comfort suites for 1 night, can I go to Atlantis on both the night I get there and the next day when I check out? Thank you
Hi! Last time I checked 1 night bookings do not qualify for free access to Atlantis sadly, but I suggest contacting the hotel to see if the rules have changed.
Hello, great video! Heading there in late March. Do the Comfort Suites rooms have Keurig coffee makers, and does the mini fridge have a small freezer compartment? Thanks!
Hi! I don't think there was a Keurig coffee maker in our room, but it doesn't hurt to ask for one when you arrive! We asked for a microwave and they kindly brought one to our room. Also, there is no freezer compartment in the mini fridge, but I believe you can control the temperature of the fridge and adjust it to your liking!
Literally the best video I've seen for this location. So weel done and professionally compiled. Thank you so much for sharing ❤️
Wow! Thank you - so glad you enjoyed it :)
Does this allow you to do the Dolphin encounters or is that extra?
The Dolphin Encounter is extra - but stay tuned because my 3rd video will include a list of FREE things you can do at Atlantis and in Nassau Bahamas overall😊
@@TeaaTravels Ok will do.👍🏽
Great to see as we'll be staying here for our first trip to Nassau! I'm excited to see your next video on all the food you tried!
Amazing! You are going to have so much fun! And yes my food tour video is coming very soon - stay tuned! 😊

Wow. This is great information and visuals of the place. I would definitely try out all of the tips and tricks!
