There's already so much to do in this game, but I think there could've been more use of the brig other than converting captives. It could also be used for recruits acting up with starting fights or sexual assault and the like. Sure it would be tedious, but it would add that much more realsm to the experience. Maybe they could've included that aspect in a higher difficulty.

Don't worry, it's not hard. Some main missions and Side-Ops have female POWs you can rescue. You can even play as them if you assigned them to your Combat Unit. Sometimes you get them by simply completing main missions.
