When I created my file transfer activity, the file wasn’t sent to the Safehouse, but to an import folder. Why is that?

What is the best way to troubleshoot a send email error? It never says anything other than "ERROR: Error has occurred." And the "View Activity Details" looks like everything is correct...

In this case, what's the primary key in the resulting DE? As it's one to many relationship, the customer id is repeated and the order id is null in some records. Thanks!
