I had a kitchen design from Wren. I approached 2 local kitchen fitters and both refused to fit a Wren kitchen.

Great info but 6 X your income is crazy! just because its available doesn't mean you should. A mortgage isn't the only thing you pay for (repairs, insurance, gas/electric, council tax etc). id just prefer cheaper housing:-)

My brother used Wren and had a very poor experience not only are they expensive but their tradesman are rude and like to cut corners not to mention their finish is poor.

3:05 You needed to apply heat directly to the wall for it to dry out properly an industrial fan heater/workshop heater would have done the job for £25 from b&q you would need a couple of weeks heat treatment and maybe a decent summer to get rid of the moisture properly the pitfall here, was being in a rush to have that room decorated right away. which lead to the big bill.
