Barrier kit is extremely underutilized and underrated, because not only do you get the ability to create a wall with 1.5K HP, but you can place it literally anywhere.. It really shines when you’re either running away needing somewhere to heal as enemies literally can not hit you until they pass the wall, or it somehow loses all its hp, or trying to revive someone where there’s a lot of enemies shooting at you. The hallucinator kit is also extremely undervalued, as it can be used to get out of any situation if used correctly.

It’s harder to use the scar L (the upgraded version of the assault rifle ) because of its explosive ball ability to throw since you can barely see it mid air when you shoot it ( on mobile of course)

Combat medic is peak gameplay if ur tired of teammates spamming revive me

Engineer's dps is insanely good, especially against deadalus and hermes, dealint with deadalus isnt even a challenge with your machete 101 dmg shotgun rpg 150 shotgun 140dmg and a pdc continuously damaging deadalus and in hermes case just shotgun him, i asure you every bullet hits atleast on of the rocket pods. Engineer dmg is op but needs insane skill also pdc is just a fraction of the kit, most of the engineers gameplay revolves around the loadout, not the pdc and camping.

As an assault main for dynamic, loadout order usually for me is either harpoon or bolter on wave 2 end, medic kit on wave 3 end, rpg on wave 4 end, depending if the boss is either Prometheus and Hermes, I choose rallying cry, if it is Gaia, rocket stormer, when wave 6 is completed, I get rallying or rocket stormer if I haven’t gotten the other, on wave 8, I get the jet pack, and on wave 9, aero or terminal, for the 19 reserves left, it is up to you on what you buy, but I typically get lifeline and teleporters to get out of a sticky situation and heal right after. And yea, that’s my loadout as an assault main. Relatively flexible, and perfectly on time for the waves that require or would be easier with tools. Btw pro tip, the first shot on the assault rifle and bolter has pin point accuracy, so if you want to snipe, time your shots so you accurately hit your target one bullet at a time, this strat is also applied to any weapon without bullet drop I think, also the grenade launcher is actually very good for tight situations like shielders being clumped together or when you want to damage a group of enemies, I personally call it “mortaring” which comes in clutch.

Thank you for tips of engineer but for now I might return back to dvn again after a few months of not playing thanks.

The biggest tip i can add is: always play with ur friends on vc cause then youll get to higher waves more frequently

any tip on using Gov kit? I it's hard to protect a nest when APU push you off from the little guy and tanks taking chance to snipe them

A good speedster build for you engi scouts is the Sprinter’s Streak, Terminal Velocity, The auto aiming Machete (forgot what it was called), and a medic with the Crossbow upgrade, you can outrun multiple hostiles at max streak and with the charge from the med

By the way if you didn’t know, yes you did say enemies will prioritise the player over the hallucinatory kit but certain enemies such as some bosses will ignore hallucinatory kits. Also artillery will target hallucinator kits as if it’s a player who whistled.
