I have 2 of the 112 egg incubators, appears to be the same electronic. the 38C it comes set at is too HOT. Bought GOVEE bluetooth temp/humid .

I bought one of these cheap incubators it has crazy hot spots like one egg will be 101 and the next egg will be 106

I had a good incubator but it started messing up i put digital temperature in but its saying very high but when i lower the incubator temperature it goes to low

How can I adjust the temperature sensor offset value? My incubator appears to be reading 2 degrees too high. If I set it to 37.8 C I get 35.8 C. 🙁

I have the big yellow one. My first hatch was 100% success with Quail eggs except for one egg that didnt hatch as it wasn't fertilised. I kept the styrofoam packaging around the incubator and on the lid. I think that really helped keep the temperature stable.

I used two of these style incubators it had a sponge that sat in the rim area for water. I did 12 eggs in two of them. I also kept these incubators in the styrofoam that they came in because there was holes cut for the display and screen and plugs. This really helped with the temperature control. Our home humidity was in the incubation range so we didn’t worry about that during incubation. We hand rotated the eggs 2-3 times a day. I added a napkin soaked in water on top of the hole on the cover for lock down instead of adding water in the bottom I did soak the spounge inside as well where hatching was occurring, I resoaked it watching the condensation inside the incubator as a visual of how humidity was and did open the lid once daily to check inside sponge and sometimes turn it over so damp side was on top. We had a 10/12 hatch rate. Two that didn’t hatch were very early stage of development. It was our first time hatching out eggs, and a lot was playing by feel and research. Not a lot of reviews for this style incubator when I was looking but it was what we had access to and I am impressed with our hatch rate.

The only problem I have is that the turn table is turning every minute and the instructions are no help if there is a way to adjust it so it only turns every hr or two

We have the bottom left incubator. We find best rate running it dry and use an external thermometer. Best hatch rate we can get, though, is close to 50%… I’ll never buy another Chinese incubator.

Brinsea cabinet incubators are a joke can't even keep the same temperature throughout the incubator.

just bought a 048-gm-48355 arksen incubator. 40$ off market place. lots of messing around with it. but it seems to be working. have to set to 38.5C for egg area to reach 99.9F. and humidity around 55% when set to 52% and been on for few hours with 1.25 water bottles in. Will be hatching in a couple weeks. will update then,.
