how many square feet?
Slums
Dick move to be discharging at the other condenser
Gas pipes what kind is that why is it copper... what is the inside made of ... something special... please and thank you sir!
@@theebefuddled they are intended to be used on the FLEXX 17 seer unit. The service valves are inside the unit with the 17 seer unlike the 15 seer. Makes it a lot easier on install.
Dang, this place abandoned? I see a lot of that in Houston, Tx
@@richlikeg3722 property been sitting for like 3 years, they are just getting around to start their work now but it the last two months 2 units were stolen. Crazy.
Copper theif?
Who’s the genius that installed the outdoor units in that arrangement? The manual says no, and logic says obviously no! The 4 ton is going to run much less efficiently getting all the hot or cold air off the 3 ton.
Very little air flow comes off that 3 ton and it’s 30 inches off. They will be fine.
what a massive waste of BS.
All air handlers producing ac need traps on their condensate lines because the negative air draw which will pull water out of the pan and ruin the box and other crap
@@Djcarp83 absolutely it does. This one has one. It goes under house and has a trap outside.
That is not a P-Trap.
Are the air handlers the same between 2&3 and 4&5? Looked like all the part numbers of the components (coil, fan motor, etc.) were the same between the two.
@@mooch91 the small one is a 2/3 ton and the bigger one is a 4/5 ton. Jumpers located in the units.
@ Gree appears to have different model numbers for the 4 and 5 ton air handlers, but the part numbers on all of the internal components appear to be the same.
@@mooch91 size difference for sure on the 2/3 & 4/5 I’ve personally installed 10 or so of the 2/3. Maybe 2 of the 4/5. Love the unit but they need another drain pan flipping the coil is a bit aggravating and “multi position air handler” should not include flipping coil. Like the frame tem 9 and x Hyperion cabinets. 🤷♂️
Should they warranty the whole unit? It’s only months old. Yes?
L2?
@@realcantdie5274 no. It seems that it was the board. However, now I put the new board in and the unit acts like it’s in defrost mode and shuts down on high head pressure. Gotta love these units. I have a video of it going up on it tmw. Heading down there today to put new board in.
I saw l 7 but might be mistaken
I just installed the 3 ton in my house. I use a Nest thermostat, and it all works well. I didn't use a heat strip. I live in SC.
@@hitechrr not saying all don’t work. They have a lot of faults and a lot of failures. Just hope yours is not one.
But why?
@@Brown_Buffalo good question. Have no clue, tried to make suggestions but this is what they wanted.
I wouldn't do it but it looks neat and probably easy to maintain. If I did it I would make that space alot more industrial so maybe exposed beams in the ceiling, more brutalist stuff so it doesn't stand out so much. Also easy to cover later with drywall or paint white
They need to take out that fence an just close off the porch.
Will you consider adding wind baffles to force the air to blow up so it doesn’t bounce back at the unit?
@@Ryan-RM going to do something. They won’t remove the fence on it that’s for sure.
There are several here and all are like this. The three tons have no space. You have 31 inches to work with and the newer units are 32x32 or bigger. What do you do???
Stupidity or dishonesty?
Looks like a rusted out lennox. Was ìt not set on a pad?
Was a bad compressor at that. Ain’t no cleaning fixing that!!
Wow, if you bit*ch that much, maybe you shouldn't be a technician
What did you expect?
@@keithrobb4509 what I got!!!lol
It sucks
@@nomangriffen4999 literally. You have to have to big boy battery. But it does the job.
I heard in certain parts of Florida that there is voltage issues with the voltage going up and down and these inverter boards are very sensitive to the fluctuation in power coming into the system. Have you seen that in your area and needed to install phase monitors or line voltage monitors on your inverters to protect the system? Good video.
@@Ryan-RM so far I have not. This is the first one I have had an issue like this. But I have heard of people using them.
Have u ever head of a drop cloth.
I knew it’s not the AC pro units it’s Gree
Those outdoor units the little one is gonna blow into the bigger ones heat discharge
@@dimaslespier2688 nope. Those units don’t really blow much air through. I have several units that i have put in that were side by side like this and never had an issue. At least so far
@@Sunrise_HVAC i agree I’ve done it as well no issues so far but we technically aren’t supposed too 😬 not suppose to stack either. I’ve been to classes that talked about it. It seems their scenarios involve Extreme cold though
😂😂 who did that never seen something like that in my whole life always a pain
@@charlieortez8106 have no clue but it pisses me off when someone does not think about servicing units. COMMON SENSE he lacked.
Knuckle buster
No wonder it clogs up you have 6 90'ds within a few feet.
Hi
good work Buuba on to the next one!!!
Have them in 2 houses over the past 6 years. Not a single issue with the thermostats. They have even helped me diagnose issues with the hvac system.
You’re a lucky man. I have changed out about 10 over the past year alone due to various issues.
I second that Nest sucks. They have so many errors and password issues I hate them
But thy pay Good money
How to Reset an Air Conditioner Power down your AC. Start at your circuit breaker panel and flip the breaker that powers your AC. ... Find the button. Most air conditioning units are equipped with a reset button. ... Hold down the reset button for 3 to 5 seconds and then release. Restore power to your AC.
The H4 error code on a Gree Flexx air conditioning unit indicates an overload protection issue: -The outdoor unit detects that the tube temperature is higher than the protective temperature value -The unit will not restart until the tube temperature is lower and the compressor has been stopped for three minutes -If the protection occurs more than six times, the unit cannot be recovered automatically -To eliminate this protection, you can try turning the unit off or re-energizing it after cutting off power try those methods to make it work.
Thanks I found that out while waiting for tech support. For an odd reason I was getting 24 volts on both the white wire and the orange wire. As soon as I connected the white wire it would shut down and go into like a defrost mode.
After further looking, yes it is. I thought there was going to be major issues but there are very little issues.
Gravy!
Thats not that many. Find the 1 or 2 nests and get rid of them while your ahead.
Idk, maybe. But they're out during the daylight (also, not scurrying away when he's walking around) then some can't physically fit in the nest anymore and are just... Chillin🥲😬
Nasty
These people burn candles all day long and told me that they go through a few a month. So it’s Not bullshit and it’s not dog hair it’s from the candles.
Bullshit
I have been in a lot of homes that burn candles and when I say burn candles they are burning 3-4 maybe more a week. You think that’s from just being on???

Um no I burn candles and my filer has never looked like that
@@evanthomas1989 i will put a video out showing that this is a pure fact. Not just one candle obviously that’s not going to do it. I will put one out to prove this.
