Shetland would be my dream place to live, I love wild & long to live on an island. I'll check out the soap. I just bought a Shetland wool beret 😉 I'm obsessed with the place. I'm almost equally fascinated with Orkney. Dear Finnigan, what a darling he is! OH I almost forgot... wait...Annie, you LIKE Marmite now? 😮 I can't believe it but I'm so glad hahah. Have you tried it under peanut butter yet? When you get to the last of it, use hot water & swish round the jar to use for a gravy. Love u guys, can't wait for the next one.

I think we would all enjoy seeing parts 2, 3, 4, etc. of your Highlands road trip, the scenery is absolutely spectacular. I have been lucky to visit Scotland twice, but sadly doubt I will manage to do so again. So I love seeing your various videos. Funny too that Annie is now a Marmite convert 🙂.

I loved this video so much. I had traveled from the States to Milton Keynes, UK in August. I had planned to travel by train from Milton Keynes to Edinburgh where I had a B&B in a small town near there, then on to Northern Ireland. I ended up getting sick...so that part of the trip was cancelled. All good because I was comfy at my cousin's house in England. All this to say...thank you for taking me on this beautiful journey. The narrating and videography is perfection! And...Inverness was also a goal...the area where my ancestors were from. So thank you! And YES...I'd love to see the drone footage.

Fantastic video, well done, North of Scotland is the best for clean fresh air and unpolluted water. Wester Ross is awesome too, perhaps another journey worth planning. Summer time months are particularly breath taking without the chill factor. Sunsets are rich and glorious in colour. So pleased you appreciate Scotland's beautiful landscape and waters. xx 😁😘😘🐕❤

Great video of your trip to the Highlands. If you ever find yourself at the House of Bruar again then I'd highly recommend walking up to see the waterfalls behind it, stunning little walk 🙂

You should try McCoy's flame grilled steak crisps. And when you have beef, ham, cheese, etc try English mustard. It's like marmite in you either like it or loathe it. I'm in the no thanks camp on that one but my wife is in the yes please camp.

You got there eventually with the vid,worth the wait.Pretty reasonable weather by Scottish Autumnal standards,and some fine views and sites.You'll be pleased to know youve only scratched the surface of potential places to see and visit.Some tips - if you want to avoid midges,we often travel mid/ late May,when the weather is often pretty good.Otherwise during summer,as long as its sunny,or breezy that'll keep them at bay. If we choose a weekend to go elsewhere in Scotland,we give ourselves three options around the,for eg, West coast,and choose wherever the forecast looks best nearer the time. Great camera work again,and music accopaniment

That's a shame you's didn't get into the exhibition. They are actually meant to be doing that up and building an extension underground so that you'll be able to have a viewing platform that looks directly underwater to see if you can spot Nessie. The castle was sadly destroyed by the very trebuchet you first looked at. The government forces destroyed it so the Jacobites couldn't use it, and there sadly followed the Highland Clearances. Great to see you guys got into see it. The Broch you visited, there's countless many of them dotted all the way up that area, many in ruins. I can't wait for the Caithness Broch Project to build one, will be the first in over 2000 years! 😁 On a side note, that was really nice of the friend you's met who even gifted you with those things but more importantly took you's around much of the very northern highlands, that was really nice of the person to do that. Glad you's enjoyed it. 🙂

When we did our trip to castle. We did the video. Then they pull the curtains back and the view of the castle is awesome.

Beautiful footage, thank you for sharing. It's great to see you enjoying it all so much. I live in Glasgow and love getting out and about to see my country but, it's been a while since I was that far north...the mid 90s in fact, before it was known as the NC500, we spent a couple of summer weeks exploring it all on motorbikes and wild camping. Bathing in lochs and the sea was extremely bracing!

I’ve been waiting for this! Great video, guys. Closest I came to this was a virtual run of the NC500! Won’t mention how long it took me to complete it 😅. Perhaps I’ll try to drive it when I visit in the Spring.

Definitely worth the wait for the edit on this one- you created a beautiful travelog! Your accommodation was superb! I had a week's holiday once at Cromarty (driving up from London- we must have been MAD!!!), and the scenery in the region is completely beautiful!

So glad you got a lovely weekend together! When the weather gets a bit better, head out to Skye/Kyle of Lochalsh area. Check out Plockton and the Applecross Inn which is about 1.2 hours north drive from there. Amazing food. So much amazing seafood everywhere though. Great walking holiday. Love that you took the wee pup! We've got a westie and we're actually getting him a sibling next month! Terriers are amazing pets.
