I have a question, I got an invite to the assessment and am rewriting my CV for the day, but the photos I used originally aren’t on a white background and half of them aren’t in business attire or at all meet the requirement. I’m honestly surprised I got the invite with how unprofessional my photos are. Should I retake the photos in business attire and a white background? Or just re use the same photos if they got me into the assessment? Great video, thank you :)

I was a crew for 3 years back in 2008 to 2010 and used to run a written EK blog (at the time alongside Melissa from Tampax Towers / Greta and a few other OG bloggers) of my travels and how to get in the airline with tips and tricks called Airboy. I understand that everyone has to talk during the group assessment but my question is do we need to choose one person who presents our answer at the end or we all present it as a team ? My team was 12 people. There was not so much to say for all of us to present our answer. At the end some people were just repeating what’s been already said and it made it look messy.

If I were in charge all the flight crews would be wearing comfortable sneakers, along with a very comfortable outfit that is practical and reasonable for an emergency. Crew is there to maintain safety. A passenger who complains about a FCs appearance has issues. I'm more focused on what they can do during an evacuation procedure. If he/she's wearing a Kansas City Chiefs jersey, I'd be happy in my 49ers t-shirt as long as he/she can help me find the exit.

Hi, I was wondering about hair for men. The standards are written "neat". How is their look upon curly hair? So somewhat "longer", not over the shoulders or anything. But you probably get the image. I"ve heard that curly hair might be seen as more "wiild" so not in the neat standards. Especially since most pictures I see the "standard" short straight hair for the men.

I was shocked when you said vomit bags 😮 I work in an airline in the Middle East too and we aren’t allowed to take vomit bags from passengers , we always ask them to throw it in the toilet trash containers, because it’s not hygienic especially us serving food…

And second question if i have acne scar because i get alot of breakouts on my face what is the best i can do. And being a resident of canada , what would be the best course of action to do.

Death of a baby on board. So sad and traumatic. Which year did that happen ? It takes years for most employees to recover from something like this.

Just because it is the best job in the world does not mean that it is great for your health.
