Heard a Doc saying you're not supposed to close and open that thing but rather close and hold for 10 seconds sets since what we do is we grip stuff and dont open and close things with our Hands.
Don't train your grip everyday , you most lets it rest for 3 days to let the muscles build up

Straighten your back, get your chest closer to the floor, and be slower with the reps. Much harder, much better!
Even if I have to do less at a time? For example 20 push ups a time 7 times a day, would this be better?
@@JackTurner7 good form with fewer reps is always better than crappy form and pumping em out. Once you're close to failure and you absolutely cannot get any more reps out with proper form you can cheat a little with bad form to pump a few more out but if you're doing 10 more reps with bad form you weren't actually close to failure

Whatever seems challenging for you, main thing is to just start and then take it from there and increase resistance as you get better!

I did the 120 lbs for 1 year and some months and i switched to the 180lbs because 120 lbs was becoming lighter to me it really works guys just do it 4 times a week

whats ur daily intake for bulking?
Right now I’m training for a marathon and I am eating about 3,200 to just about maintain my weight. If I was to bulk and cut back on running I would probably be eating around the same amount, so 3,200kcal and a minimum of 160g protein
Not bad man the veins look awesome, never realized bulging veins was a good sign not a bad one, guess I was too content with my arms for too long.
It depends… there are extremes to it that can be dangerous but most of the time it’s a good sign of circulation and low body fat %

I don't do other workouts like gym and all...how many times should i use it in a week
You could probably get away with it almost everyday but if you feel like you need a rest day then take 1-2 per week. I would recommend doing some home body workouts like push ups and pull ups if you have access to a bar could also do squats with anything heavy you can carry or fit in a backpack!
Not saying you can’t grow doing this everyday but in my experience when I did these every day I saw no progress but when I started to incorporate rest I noticed strength increases and growth. Also I perform long static holds with short rest periods.
Mmm interesting, how long were the static holds? And how often a week then 3-4 times?
@@JackTurner7 15-20sec on starting sets but when I felt like I was hitting failure I would make sure the last set was longer or however long it took for complete failure. It sort of left my hands and forearm smoked for hours and the next day I would still feel soreness. The soreness definitely deterred me from training again. This was different before where there was no soreness and I felt super willing to train again. I never progressed but felt happy that I was doing something so it must work at some point in time.

@JackTurner7, i probably watched more than 5 im on a workout reel binge 😂 but when you goto post reel just click thr add music and type work out or workout music, random phrases and words and it will bring you relevant-ish music. Or go thru recommended/trending songs categories they have provided. It aint about the music really just a background thing but when its repetitive u start to notice it lol. Like when you leave a reel open for too long and it keeps repeating the same sentance over n over

are u sure training grip strength will make your wrists area bigger?
Training grip strength will have some indirect increase in forearm size for most people but it’s not the go to method. If you are wanting to improve forearm size then doing stuff like farmer carries and deadlifts where you can load the muscle more is more effective in my opinion. The grip strengthener did help but mainly improved vascularity through the consistent blood flow into the muscle.

There is very little muscle around your wrist so it’s quite hard to change as it’s just bone. But forearm training can give it a bigger appearance

Hi, I just bought one of these and I think the correct way to hold and grip is to have the fingers on the straight handle and the curved handle under the thumb as it fits the angle of the hand i.e. the adjusting knob facing the elbow. Cheers
I have had a look online from where I bought it and the pictures show to use it with the fingers on the curved and indented handle. To be honest I don’t think it makes much of a difference either way. I just thought when I used it that the indentations were suited for the position of the fingers. Jesus Christ your so braindead just search online you will see how to hold hes correct your doing reverse grip it's similar but works slightly differently and it's not the main way
