Any chance you have your owner's manual for this product? I had purchased this a couple year's ago and it has worked beautifully since I had bought it. Only problem is an employee messed around with the settings and now it's weighting a different currency. I just got rid of the box that had the owner's manual a month ago. I have been trying to email and contact Zzap to receive a copy of the owner's manual as well but haven't heard back from them and it's been a couple of days. I can't believe how hard it's been to try and get a copy of this owner's manual.

90% of claw machines that are in Walmart and other grocery stores are rigged up the ass.. there is absolutely no way in hell of ever winning anything.. however if you put a $5 bill in the machine you might walk away with one prize..
