I watched this movie, it didn't make the academy awards, it wasn't even mentioned.

You already know what you are going to do. Cut that junk hood and graft the scoops into the steel one. You have already installed the f-glass tail scoop. What the difference? They are just there for looks, or are you cutting the hood to make the scoops functional. Then i would say not to cut the steel one.
