    I enjoyed this episode a lot!🤩🌺 I completely agree with what Bryon said about providing solutions based on the problems or needs that people share with you. That’s what makes clients feel heard and more engaged in the process! Companies, including architectural firms, can offer a value proposition, but the true value is realized through customer engagement. That’s why we say value is co-created and not simply embedded in products and services!

    Wow 😍, just watched this episode of #Birdflocks talks and was totally absorbed - didn't even notice the time passing! I couldn't agree more about how architects can sometimes make you feel undervalued and unheard. It's like they think "I'm the architect, I know best" instead of really looking for solutions that truly suit the client's needs.
