Arkansas is one of the major hubs for snuggling. You have Interstate 40 that runs east- west and I - 30 runs from TX to 1-40 in Little Rock. Soon there will be a I-65 that rubs north to south thru the state.

IMHO, I think the perp was trying to create an accident on the other side of the road so the troopers would stop the pursuit to take care of possible casualties. I, too, have noted the large number of Arkansas police chases. I assume that the state is making the recordings available to You Tube so as to suggest that people traveling in the state be careful, i.e., if you screw up their law enforcement will chase you down and ..... well, you know.

Things have changed in that we don’t deploy every 12 months after spending 8 months in the field immediately following a 15 month deployment. So the back to back to back shut we dealt with is gone, so husbands are around more. But dogs are still dogs waiting for you to leave and weak cheating women are still weak cheating women.
