How to fix plugged in, not charging windows 8/10 (non removable battery)
ACPI Battery driver: batcmd.com/windows/10/services/cmbatt/
Step 1:
Plug out ac adapter from notebook & wall socket, Under battery Tab in device manager uninstall the mentioned drivers in order.
Shut down for 5 min.
Step 2:
Power up wait for desktop to load.
download mentioned driver check that you have the CMbatt.sys file.
Step 3:Right click downloaded file and run as administrator, wait about 30 seconds.Restart your pc and hopefully its fixed!!
Step 4: Wait about 5 to 10 min plug in ac adapter.

I feel grateful this reconditioning program th-cam.com/users/postUgkxcJ22tnHH9l1vjdIdEIG27iOG55P7LXI8 was started. I had Three dead batteries scheduled for disposing of. Having said that, I tried out reconditioning them and it took me only an hour to do it! It doesn`t matter what type of battery you want, the process works.
I wish i could give you thousands likes. I tried several solutions but nothing worked. Then i followed your video and it worked like a charm. Thanks a lot.
This is the only video that actually solved the issue and didn't tell me it was either the charger or battery at fault

ik how i fixed mine, I just used another charger...
I have an idea, Disable both drivers, Shut Down (unplugged) then after 10 mins plug the AC Adapter back in and enable the drivers.
This is a persistent problem. It starts up with the "plugged in, not charging" BS every 3 or 4 days. But it did it yesterday and now it's back today.

I have a non removable battery and my laptop stopped charging over 2 weeks ago and I'm the only one who can try and fix it but I can't do this because my computer is already dead and can't turn back on. I got someone to take out the battery and put it back in and it didn't do anything

you would need to detach the tablet from the keyboard. Instruction to manually remove it is on you tube. Charge the tablet and you can follow the above.

Thanks so much dude, it worked for me on my Lenovo S340 14API. For anyone here that get forbidden message when trying to download the needed files, you just need to remove the "/" signs. Problem solved on 14th February 2020.
Unfortunately It didn't work for my laptop 😔😔
My Asus Swift 3 output only (Plugged In), and it just doesn't charge also the LED doesn't show up...

This can happen if you use weak AC adapter ( if you use 45W adapter instead of 65W)

For some reason this link sometimes does not work.Try removing the backslash at the end or try adding it one or the either should work
