2021 SXCS Round 2 - Wicomico MX Park, Maryland
A quick synopsis of my race at round 2 of the SXCS series. Races Vet C - 14 out of 17 - goal was to not be last this race! Note to self - crash less and you’ll do better.

My first ever race - entered the SXCS 2021 Hangover Hare Scramble. I raced open C class and finished - wait for it - LAST. I will say though I stopped a couple times to help people get un-stuck (probably still would have ended up last anyway). The course was an absolute mud-bath. Hatfield & McCoy Trails - Rock House_August 2020

First time to the Hatfield & McCoy Trails. Stayed at Twin Hollow Campground which has a trail entrance in the camp ground. Stayed on the blue and green trails. Went on my own so didn’t tackle any single track or the “most difficult” trails. Found myself lost several times (due to my own navigating abilities). Trails are marked well, just took me a bit to figure them out. Can’t wait to go back!

Trails at Budds Creek Motocross Park - I edited the video to make it look like I was able to keep up (perks of being the one who edited the video lol). Trails are a little slick, and kind of rutted but are a great time! Definitely a good course to hone skill and get some practice in.

Wash your Dirty Bike Dirty Birdys! Careful with the pressure washer though, I hear it’s bad for gaskets - and bearings - and any other soft rubber material not imperious to high pressure water streams.

I’m currently shooting the GT Hunters. Looking at the 4mm Axis for my next set
Nothing wrong with the XT’s but the penetration on the Axis arrows is so much better. Almost too good - I have a blackout target the arrows will be completely buried in so had to put a backstop in to prevent them going down to the fletching.
Thanks for putting this video together, it was great to see the inside and how the shoulders attach.

Wouldn't be a bad idea to keep at least one finger on the clutch.. this is the nearest trail to me. Keep at it my friend. Maybe I'll catch you out on the trails.

how does it work with a neck brace?
It’s okay as long as you take shoulder pads off.
@@rambowninja8868 what neck brace did you try with it? I bought one of these but my Atlas Brace didn’t work well so I returned the chest protector. It’d be great if you could post a video showing this chest protector with a Leatt brace, if that’s what you tried. Maybe I just need to buy a different neck brace to run with this chest protector. I can’t believe how much protection this thing had! Thanks in advance.

Hello! I got the S/M - shoulder pads sometimes fall off with a neck brace (at least with my Leatt). I ended up bolting then on though.
