I just like the fact that you can understand everything they are saying

1. These $150 earbuds suck 2. Glorified version of Google Translate with extra steps 3. Nobody wants to put a stranger’s earpiece inside their ear 4. It’s clunky to use and translation accuracy is <50%. 6. If you insist on having these, you can buy similar ones on Temu for $15.

I prefer the sound of TB10D compared to ZA3 monoblocks. I use the TB10D to drive a pair of 6ft tall Genesis APM-1 speakers and it sounds like a dream. I have owned expensive, heavy amps like Krells, Threshold, Parasound, Lumley and Grant valve amps and the sound of this mini TB10D just blew me away. I don't use any preamp at all...I plug it directly to my CD player and it sounds very detailed and transparent. The only reason I bought the ZA3 is because of their XLR input but quite disappointed because the TB10D sounds better.

Gave my Apple AirPods Pro to my wife. Using these now after doing a side-by-side audio comparison. Donner Dobuds sounds so much better.

If my phones/laptop output is not sufficient for my headphone then will powering this amp with same phone/laptop thru type c result in higher power output to drive the same headphone???

Woo hoo. Great to find an Aussie tech nerd! I have 2 questions. Firstly, is the gateway waterproof? I’m out in the country and my garden beds need to be quite a way from the house as the entire “backyard” area is going to be a septic drain field. If it’s inside on the wall closest to the garden, it will need to go through a wall and some trees, but also through my car so I’m thinking the metal could be a problem. If it is it would be easiest to mount it up high under the porch so it’s above the car. Also, do you know if there’s a minimum flow rate required for it to work effectively? I’ll be using gravity fed tank water so there’s not a lot of pressure. Off to check out your other videos now 😁

i havea different version of these without the built in amp, but my shit amp keeps shutting off and turning on when the volume gets low.

It just seems like More devices to do the same thing you can do with Google translator with your phone. If the earbuds would actually pick up people's speech and translate it then they might be worth it. But they are just a waste of money until then, when I can just pull out my phone and do the exact same thing for free!

Might want to check the Amazon reviews before pulling the trigger. These products are definitely improving since the “bible” on wireless surround was written (see link below), but are still far from perfect. Back then the best these systems could garner was no better than a 40-60% approval rating on Amazon (combined 4-5 star reviews). By contrast, the unit in this review has a combined 77% positive rating, which is pretty good. But the 1-star reviews are a considerable 10%. Might be worthwhile to instead spring for the upgraded Plus system, which has an impressive 82% positive and only 6% one-star reviews. But even then, it’s a lot packed into a single box - transmitter, receiver, and amplifier. How long will it last? Consider, would you actually pay only $100-150 or so for a new stand-alone stereo amplifier? And of course, meaningful specifications remain an issue with these systems. I just purchased a home that has built in ceiling speakers in four different rooms of the house and the cables feed back to a central location in a closet. How can I connect the speakers wirelessly to two separate TVs and also have the ability to connect to those speakers in individual rooms via Bluetooth and play something on Spotify, etc.?

Love your videos, however are you saying the W2 has less lag time in translating? It appears that the M3 is newer and has more feature...yes? As I understand it, with the M3 you must each take turns tapping the ear bud...with the W2 this is not necessary? How does this work if 2 people have earbuds set to their languages..and 2 other people in the room speak. Ex 2 speak Spanish and 2 speak English? Are any of the 3 better in a group conversation..IE family setting such as mentioned above? Lastly, does the new W4 have no lag time in translation...IE...virtually real time?
