It's not that bad if you've played alot of other FPS before. Just storm in aggressively against the guys on the ground floor then pick off the ones sniping at you from above 😊

The door wouldn't open for me at first. I finally just enabled god mode after trying as many things as I could think of. I don't know how they expect me to do it on Veteran difficulty while 8 guys with Gauss Rifles and countless troops on the floor fire at me with virtually no cover, it was ridiculous.

I didnt come here to cheese my way through anything but i died 15 times atleast trying to blast through that room most times i didnt even get a full mag through my dnipro before i was one tapped thanks for the help!🎉

Bro, i tried this and still kept dieing. 1) He calls the damn lighting ball anomolys that follow you if you dont take off all your artifacts. 2) i head shot him like 60 times with AP Dnipro rounds and it just kept slowly chipping away. After the 4th death i decided to try something stupid and use the gauss gun. 3 - 4 hits, last one center mass. Boss fight was over in under 20 seconds.

This was so bullshit...in my gaming years (20 year), this was the hardest fight. Slaughterhouse for npc's to take revenge on player for all kills in all games that ever made. After point of no return this game land from masterpiece to souls like quake. Discusting.

Easily one of the most incomptetent and worst combat sections ive ever seen. Stalker 2 is such a phenomenal game,and dispite all the problems and quest bugs,this design was the only thing that actually pissed me off. Whoever designed it really needs to learn alot more. Having a group of One shot kill snipers all rush out at once from a covered high ground,while a small group of full auto firing fighters are in front of you as you come out of a choke point is just laughably bad. Theres no real cover anywhere because the gauss rifles just shoot through it all and they enemy can see you regardless. they really didnt look that part over,they need to change it

Works good for the beginning of the flight. However after the electric ball anomaly is summoned it comes straight for those areas. Could've been in the patch. As for everyone butthurt about the spoilers, you really didn't think that at VERY least ONE of the endings you'd ABSOLUTELY HAVE to fight him.

Dick move with the title I just picked up the game today

I didn't think it was quite so insane and got it in a couple tries, but that was some days ago and I was sure chugging medkits while being as durable as is possible. This might become a lot more relevant now that all those gauss guns hit twice as hard in 1.1. Move move move, medkit, shotgun, medkit, move, shotgun, medkit to clear first floor then a careful cat and mouse against the gauss gun firing line is exactly what I did too.

I had to kill a bunch then a second marker showed up and I ran out. My gear all busted up. So I'm glad to see others weren't amused at it too. The funny part is "take out Granite Squad" - nope but when was the last time you saw that many guys called a squad? A squad is like 5 guys, maybe 7 but not around 20.

The same thing he described happened to me as well. I finally just gave up and ran north away from the complex and got the hell outta there.

As someone who games only a little after work, after 3 deaths like that I call it quits for a few weeks. Stuff like this ruins games for me.

I’m pretty sure all artifacts are random. Maybe some aren’t but I’ve been to that location and it wasn’t a Rat King artifact for me anyways.

The granite squad is really not worth it to fight. Most of my armor was gone, my weapons red and I couldn't use my late game gear that I played for for almost 50+ hours. As you have mentioned, it is not even worth it, as it gives you literally nothing gameplay wise.

How can i go to this playe after the story?

I brought it to the surface and killed a bunch of guards. No achievement or anything. Strange puzzle.

why waste your time ? get the best end game armor as soon as you leave lessor zone. its in Yaniv base on top of a bunker. its a diamond exo and its the best. I did the same and I'm playing on veteran. you can get this one and sell for a good amount of money cos that's what I did as well. but that Exo is the best in the game. be warn though you better have about 30K money in your pocket because you need to put 2 upgrades to the suit in order to get the run ability. its worth the effort and you will feel it through out your play of the game.

rostok isn't a "new area" as it wasn't just introduced, its been in the game and been in other titles too and other stalker like games, so for those other stalker like games to have places like rostok and 100 rads bar etc you'd think they would of gotten them from somewhere, not new homie
