Is there any alternative for fish sauce?
Although it's not quite the same, you can use soy sauce. Or, there are recipes for vegan fish sauce that use a combination of soy sauce, vinegar and mushrooms.

Do you rinse the radish after salting?
No I don't. But you can rinse it when it's too salty :) depends on how much you put salt in it!

Hello how many days are eatable without keeping into fridge!!?
Well... In my case, I would eat it with in a week without the fridge. We normally keep more than a month in the fridge. :)
Try with chopped curry leaves if you can find....those rounds up the authentic mashuni, you can actually try this with bonito flakes as it is a great substitute for the traditional smoked tuna.
Many foreigners cannot tell the difference between onigiri and sushi. It may be no wonder that you can't tell the difference between kimbap and sushi rolls. There is an image that Korean cuisine uses sesame oil. Korean seaweed is sprinkled with sesame oil and salt. Korean seaweed is characterized by the fragrant aroma of sesame oil. Next time, try making inari sushi. In South Korea, inari sushi is called "yupchobap".
Sushi is vinegared rice wrapped in seaweed. Kimbap is rice seasoned with salt and sesame oil and wrapped in seaweed. Kimpav is also sold in Japanese supermarkets. I buy it sometimes. It feels more like onigiri than sushi.

If you can't find salted shrimp, you can skip it. Add some more fish sauce instead of it! Thank you so much :)👍

Of course you can skip it! You can wash the kimchi with water and squeeze it before cooking! It is going to be less spicy and a similar flavor :)

Hello I don't suggest you to add red bell pepper :) There is white kimchi without gochugaru😉 We also eat that much in Korea👍 Thank you for watching!
@@yumstory2020 yeah but i saw some other Korean food cooking channel putting orange red bell pepper for non-spicy Napa Cabbage Kimchi to remain red or orange color like traditional Kimchi I just ask if we can put red or orange bell pepper for non-spicy version of Kkakdugi but thank you tho :)
For the color, yes we can put it :) We have so many food spicy in Korea, it would be quiet hard to try for many foreigners..😄 I'll try to introduce you non-spicy foods at my channel! Have a nice day dear :)
